Frembringelsen angår en præfabrikeret, selvbærende modulenhed (1) uden gulv, f.eks. en kahyt. Modulenheden indbefatter en bæreramme, hvortil i det mindste en størstedel af væggene (2) af modulenheden er fastgjort, og som definerer den primære form af modulenheden (1). Bærerammen indbefatter et antal aflange bæreelementer (3), oven på hvilke væggene (2) er fastgjort, og ved hjælp af hvilke modulenheden (1) er fastgjort til sit gulvunderlag (5a, 5b). For at tilvejebringe mulighed for en række hurtige fastgørelsesmetoder er bæreelementerne (3) udformet således, at den væg, der befinder sig inde i modulenheden (1), omfatter en affasning eller en reces (3a) til fastgørelsesorganer.
