Claims (13)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at adskille tungmetaller, f.eks. Pb, Cu, Cd, Zn, Cr osv., fra aske, i særdeleshed kloakslamsaske, hvor i et første trin miljømæssigt forligelige metalchlorider valgt fra alkali- og/eller jordalkalimetalchlorider, fortrinsvis CaCb, KCI eller MgC^ og eventuelt fyldstoffer sættes til asken, og blandingen udsættes for agglomerering eller kompaktering, især granulering eller forarbejdes til et granulat, hvorefter agglomeratet eller granulatet, der er opnået, opvarmes til en temperatur over kogepunktet af det dannede tungmetalchlorid, og de gasformige tungmetalchlorider, som undslipper fra agglomeratet, separeres fra.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at en særligt homogen pulverformig blanding af 60 til 95 vægt% aske og 5 til 40 vægt% alkali- og/eller jordalkalimetalchlorider, baseret på totalvægten af blandingen, anvendes til agglomerering, eller at en særlig homogen pulverformig blanding af 55 til 90 vægt% aske og 5 til 40 vægt% alkali- og/eller jordalkalimetalchlorider og 1 til 40 vægt%, fortrinsvis 3 til 20 vægt%, af finkornet fyldstof, i særdeleshed fyldstoffer som forøger porøsiteten, f.eks. fint formalet kul, pyrolysekoks, kloakslam, affaldstræ, affaldspapir, ler osv., fortrinsvis et fint formalet uorganisk materiale, som ikke frigiver nogle toksiske gasser, når det opvarmes til mere end 900°C, f.eks. kalksten, anvendes til agglomerering.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 2, kendetegnet ved, at alkali- og/eller jordalkalimetalchloriderne og eventuelt fyldstofferne sættes til asken som en vandig opløsning indeholdende 5 til 40 vægt% alkali- og/eller jordalkalimetalchlorider.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at agglomereringen udføres op til en diameter af granulatet, pelletsene på 3 til 30 mm.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at agglomeratet opvarmes i to trin, hvor i et første opvarmningstrin temperaturen holdes under kogepunktet af de dannende tungmetalchlorider, især ved en konstant værdi, i en vis periode i særdeleshed mindst 30 minutter, og i et efterfølgende andet opvarmningstrin hæves temperaturen over kogepunktet af de dannende tungmetalchlorider og holdes fortrinsvis i maksimalt 60 minutter, især ved en konstant værdi og/eller agglomeratet opvarmes i to trin, hvori en første opvarmningstemperatur holdes under 300°C, især ved en konstant værdi i en vis periode, i særdeleshed mindst 30 minutter, og i et efterfølgende andet opvarmningstrin hæves temperaturen til 900° til 1100°C og holdes i maksimalt 60 minutter, især ved en konstant værdi, hvor temperaturen i det første opvarmningstrin holdes under 110°C, når der benyttes MgCl2, og under 260°C, når CaCI2 benyttes.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at opvarmningen udføres direkte eller indirekte i en enkelt eller i to på hinanden følgende reaktorer, og/eller asken og alkali- og/eller jordalkalimetalchloridet anvendt har en kornstørrelse < 500 pm, og fyldstofferne, der anvendes, har en kornstørrelse < 1000 pm.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af gødninger fra et agglomerat, i særdeleshed granulat opnået ifølge fremgangsmåden ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 6 med reducerede tungmetaller, og det således opnåede agglomerat pulveriseres eller formales, og dernæst mindst et formalet fyldstof tilsættes, eller hvor mindst et fyldstof sættes til det således opnåede agglomerat, og blandingen pulveriseres eller formales til den ønskede kornstørrelse, og hvor blandingen af agglomeratet og fyldstofferne således opnået eventuelt agglomereres.
8. Askeagglomerat i form af individuelle granulatkorn eller pellets med substrategenskaber, som er egnet til yderligere forarbejdning til gødninger og opnåelige ifølge fremgangsmåden ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 6, hvor granulatet eller pelletsene har en matrix af aske, i særdeleshed Si-, Al-, Mg-, P-, Ca- og/eller Fe-forbindelser, hvor hvert granulatkorn eller pellet har et tungmetalindhold på Zn < 0,025 vægt% Cd < 0,00015 vægt% Pb < 0,001 vægt% og Cu < 0,01 vægt%, baseret på vægten af hver respektiv pellet eller granulatkorn.
9. Askeagglomerat ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at den særligt homogent strukturerede matrix haren aluminosilikatstruktur.
10. Askeagglomerat ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 8 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at granulatkornene eller pelletsene har partikelstørrelser på mere end 2 mm, især mere end 5 mm, og/eller granulatkornene eller pelletsene har en porøsitet mellem 20 og 40 vo-lumen% baseret på volumenet af hver respektive pellet eller granulatkorn, og/eller granulatkornene eller pelletsene har et P205-indhold på mere end 10 vægt% baseret på vægten af hver respektive pellet eller granulatkorn.
11. Askeagglomerat ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 8 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at det opnåede P2O5 er opløseligt i citronsyre, i særdeleshed 2% citronsyre, mellem 80 til 100%, i særdeleshed 95 til 100%, og/eller det opnåede P2O5 er uopløseligt i vand ved mere end 70%, fortrinsvis mere end 85%.
12. Gødning indeholdende partikler stammende fra askeagglomeratet ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 8 til 11, i særdeleshed originalt eller formalet og/eller eventuelt en gang til granulerede partikler.
13. Anvendelse af askeagglomeratet ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 8 til 12 som en gødning.
