Claims (15)

1. System til at minimere loftsrumsfugtig hed, omfattende: a) en udvendig fugtighedssensor; b) en udvendig temperatursensor; c) en indvendig fugtighedssensor; d) en indvendig temperatursensor; e) et ventilationssystem; og f) en regneenhed, der modtager sensorinformation fra temperatur- og fugtighedssensorerne, sammenligner sensorinformation fra inden i og uden for loftsrummet, og bruger sammenligningen af sensorinformation til at generere et eller flere outputsignaler til at regulere forsyningsventilation i loftsrummet, hvor ventilationssystemet, omfattende en blæser til at skabe et positivt tryk i loftsrummet og en ventilationsåbning til at lukke luft ud, nåret positivt lufttryk er skabt, tænder, når vanddampstrykket af luft inden i loftsrummet er højere end vanddampstrykket af luft uden for loftsrummet, og hvor ventilationssystemet slukker, når vanddampstrykket er lavere på det indre af loftsrummet end på det ydre af loftsrummet.
2. Systemet ifølge krav 1, hvor regneenheden bruger en algoritme til at styre ventilationssystemet, hvilken algoritme omfatter:
0 < T < 30 a=288.68 Pa b=1.098 n=8.02 - 20 < T < 0 a=4.689 Pa b=1.486 n=12.3 (T i celsiusgrader) hvor a, b og n er konstanter, der er afhængige af temperatur, RH er relativ fugtighed, T er temperatur, i er indre, e er ydre, og X er forholdet mellem vanddampstrykket af luften i loftsrummet og vanddampstrykket af luft uden for loftsrummet, hvor når X>1 er ventilationssystemet tændt, og når X<1 er ventilationssystemet slukket.
3. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2, yderligere omfattende en trådløs transmission til at overføre sensorinformationen til regneenheden.
4. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, yderligere omfattende kabler til at overføre sensorinformationen til regneenheden.
5. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor loftsrummet er tilstødende et opvarmet areal i en bolig.
6. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor loftsrummet er i et nybygget hus, der har høj fugtighed i materialer brugt til at bygge huset.
7. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1- 6, hvor mængden af ventilation er øget, når den udvendige luft er koldere end den indvendige luft og temperaturen i loftsrummet er højere end normal boligtemperatur.
8. Systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1- 7, yderligere omfattende et brugerinterface forbundet til regneenheden.
9. Fremgangsmåde til at regulere fugtighed i et loftsrum, omfattende at tilvejebringe systemet ifølge krav 1.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 9, yderligere omfattende at tænde ventilationssystemet, når vanddampstrykket af luft inden i loftsrummet er højere end vanddampstrykket af luft uden for loftsrummet, og at slukke ventilationssystemet, når vanddampstrykket er lavere på det indre af loftsrummet end på det ydre af loftsrummet.
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 eller 10, hvor regneenheden bruger en algoritme til at styre ventilationssystemet, hvilken algoritme omfatter:

14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-13, hvor mængden af ventilation øges, idet forskellen i vanddampstryk mellem det indvendige og det udvendige af loftsrummet stiger.
15. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-14, hvor mængden af ventilation øges, når den udvendige luft er koldere end den indvendige luft og temperaturen i loftsrummet er højere end normal boligtemperatur.
