Claims (9)
1. Forstærket rørledning (10) omfattende: mindst ét væskeoverføringsrør (12), som har en ydre overflade (16) og en længdeakse; en matrix af kontinuerlige forstærkningsfibre (15), som ligger over den ydre overflade (16) af røret (12), hvor fibrene (15) er anbragt i et mønster, som tilvejebringer forstærkning i lige stor grad både parallelt og på tværs af længdeaksen; og et dæklag (18), som er anbragt over matrixen af kontinuerlige forstærkningsfibre (15) , hvor mønsteret af forstærkningsfibre bestemmes af følgende ligning: Pfr = 2*N*R* sin(cp) / D * L hvor: Pfr betegner et maksimalt tryk inde i røret (12), N betegner det samlede antal fibre i begge retninger, R betegner en maksimal belastningsværdi pr. fiber, φ betegner vinklen af fibrene i forhold til rørets længdeakse, D betegner diameteren af den ydre overflade (16) af røret (12), og L betegner fibertrinafstanden.
2. Rørledning ifølge krav 1, hvor væskeoverføringsrøret (12) er udformet af tværbundet polyethylenmateriale.
3. Rørledning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor de kontinuerlige forstærkningsfibre (15) er ara-midfibre.
4. Rørledning ifølge krav 3, hvor aramidfibrene (15) er vævet på den ydre overflade (16) af væskeoverføringsrøret.
5. Rørledning ifølge krav 2 eller 3, hvor aramidfibrene (15) er viklet på den ydre overflade (16) af væskeoverføringsrøret.
6. Rørledning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor forstærkningsfibrene er anbragt over et klæbelag (20), som ligger på den ydre overflade (16) af væskeoverføringsrøret (12).
7. Rørledning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som desuden omfatter: et lag af polyurethanskumisolering (22), som er anbragt omkring dæklaget; og et beskyttelseskappelag (24), som er anbragt omkring skumlaget (22).
8. Rørledning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor forstærkningsfibrene (15) er anbragt på røret (12) i en vinkel på 54°44’ i forhold til længdeaksen af væskeoverføringsrøret (12).
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en forstærket rørledning, omfattende: ekstrudering af mindst ét væskeoverføringsrør (12) af tværbundet polyethylen, som har en ydre overflade (16) og en længdeakse; påføring af en matrix af kontinuerlige aramidforstærkningsfibre (15), som ligger over den ydre overflade (16) af røret (12), hvor fibrene (15) er anbragt i et mønster, som tilvejebringer forstærkning i lige stor grad både parallelt og på tværs af længdeaksen; og påføring af et dæklag (18), som anbringes over matrixen af kontinuerlige forstærkningsfibre (15), hvor mønsteret af forstærkningsfibre bestemmes af følgende ligning: Pf,· = 2 * N * R * sin(cp) / D * L hvor: Pfr betegner et maksimalt tryk inde i røret (12), N betegner det samlede antal fibre i begge retninger, R betegner en maksimal belastningsværdi pr. fiber, φ betegner vinklen af fibrene i forhold til rørets længdeakse, D betegner diameteren af den ydre overflade (16) af røret (12), og L betegner fibertrinafstanden.
