Claims (8)
1. Apparat indrettet til at kombinere et antal genstande til et parti, som indeholder et fastlagt antal genstande, hvilket apparat omfatter: en produktionslinje (10); en genstandskilde (4), som er indrettet til at anbringe det fastlagte antal genstande sammen på produktionslinjen (10) til dannelse af partier, kendetegnet ved, at kilden (4) desuden overfører genstande til produktionslinjen, som ikke er hensigtsmæssige til at blive inkluderet i partiet, således, at hvis et parti er ufuldstændigt, når en uhensigtsmæssig genstand overføres, så fremføres det pågældende parti på produktionslinjen (10) som et delvist parti uden, at ikke-parti-genstanden tilføjes dertil, ved at kilden (4) er indrettet til at frembringe et resterende parti, efter at ikke-parti-genstandene er blevet tilføjet til produktionslinjen (10), hvor resterende-partiet indbefatter det antal genstande, som skal tilføjes til det delvise parti for at tilvejebringe et fuldstændigt parti, og ved at apparatet indbefatter en kombineringsenhed (5) indrettet til at tilføje resterende-partiet til det delvise parti, så det kommer til at udgøre et helt parti, og hvor genstandskilden (4) er en kilde af levnesmiddelgenstandskilde, og hvor genstandskilden er en portioneringsindretning (4), der indbefatter en kniv (12) indrettet til at opskære et stort stykke af levnesmiddel i portion, som udgør genstandene.
2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor genstandskilden indbefatter en kildekontrolenhed (13) indrettet til at kontrollere produktionslinjens (10) bevægelse fremad.
3. Apparat ifølge krav 2, hvor kildekontrolenheden (13) er indrettet til at kontrollere genstandskilden (4) til frembringelse af resterende-partierne, når det er nødvendigt, der indeholder det antal genstande, som skal tilføjes til et delvist parti for at tilvejebringe et fuldstændigt parti.
4. Apparat ifølge krav 2 eller krav 3, hvor kildekontrolenheden (13) er indrettet til at generere et delvist-parti-signal, der skal rettes mod kombineringsindretningen (5), som angiver i det mindste en blandt: a) antallet af genstande, der udgør et delvist parti, og b) antallet af genstande, der udgør et resterende-parti.
5. Apparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 2 til 4, hvor kildekontrolenheden (13) er indrettet til at tildele en elektronisk etiket til hver genstand, som holdes inden for kildekontrolenheden (13), hvor etiketten for ikke-parti-genstandene kan skelnes fra andre etiketter.
6. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor portioneringsindretningen (4) indbefatter en form (7) indrettet til at holde pa levnedsmidlet, efterhånden som det portioneres.
7. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor portioneringsindretningen (4) er indrettet til at opskære en grovudskæring af kød i portioner.
8. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor kombineringsenheden indbefatter en tilbagetrækkelig transportør (5).
