Claims (5)

1. Metode til fremstilling af kul til anvendelse ved fremstilling af syntesegas til anvendelse i gasturbiner, hvilken metode omfatter de følgende faser: formaling af kul i en pulveriseringsmaskine med henblik på at fremstille kulstøv, forbrænding af syntesegas med luft i en gasturbine med henblik på at producere varm turbine-udstødningsgas og overførsel af en første del af den varme turbineudstødningsgas til kulpulveriseringsmaskinen med henblik på at tørre det pulveriserede kul og transportere det fra pulveriseringsmaskinen til en kul/gas-separationsanordning, overførsel af en anden del af den varme turbine-udstødningsgas gennem en spildevarmegenvindingskedel med henblik på at producere kølet turbine-udstødningsgas og blanding af den første del af turbine-udstødningsgassen med den kølede turbineudstødning og efterfølgende overførsel af blandingen til kulpulveriseringsmaskinen, kendetegnet ved, at den varme turbine-udstødningsgas er ved en temperatur på mellem 340 °C og 370 °C, og den kølede turbine-udstødningsgas er ved en temperatur på ca. 150 °C eller lavere.
2. Metode ifølge krav 1, der omfatter de følgende faser: regulering af de relative mængder af varm turbineudstødningsgas og kølet turbinegas, der tilføres til kulpulveriseringsmaskinen, med henblik på at opnå en ønsket kulmølleudgangstemperatur.
3. Metode ifølge krav 1, der omfatter de følgende faser: separation af det pulveriserede kul fra turbine udstødningsgassen i kul/gas-separationsanordningen, overførsel af det separerede, pulveriserede kul fra kul/gas-separationsanordningen til en opbevaringsbeholder for pulveriseret kul og overførsel af turbine-udstødningsgassen fra kul/gas- separationsanordningen til en miljøoprensningsenhed.
4. Apparatur til fremstilling af kul til anvendelse ved fremstilling af syntesegas til anvendelse i gasturbiner, hvilket apparatur omfatter: en pulveriseringsmaskine til fremstilling af pulveriseret kul fra råkul og mindst én blæser beregnet til at overføre varm turbineudstødningsgas fra forbrændingen af syntesegas og luft til kulpulveriseringsmaskinen med henblik på at tørre det pulveriserede kul og transportere det fra pulveriseringsmaskinen til en kul/gas-separationsanordning, en gasturbine til forbrænding af syntesegas og luft med henblik på at producere den varme turbine-udstødningsgas, en spildevarmegenvindingskedel beregnet til at modtage en første del af den varme turbine-udstødningsgas med henblik på at producere kølet turbine-udstødningsgas: mindst én blander beregnet til at blande den første del af turbine-udstødningsgassen med den kølede turbineudstødning, mindst én blæser beregnet til at tilføre blandingen til kulpulveriseringsmaskinen og mindst ét spjæld beregnet til at regulere de relative mængder af varm turbine-udstødningsgas og kølet turbinegas, der tilføres til kulpulveriseringsmaskinen, med henblik på at opnå en ønsket kulmølleudgangstemperatur, kendetegnet ved, at den varme udstødningsgas er ved en temperatur på mellem 340 °C og 370 °C, og den kølede turbine-udstødningsgas er ved en temperatur på ca. 150 °C eller lavere.
5. Apparatur ifølge krav 4, der omfatter: et stoffilter beregnet til at modtage det pulveriserede kul og turbine-udstødningsgassen fra kulpulveriseringsmaskinen og separere det pulveriserede kul fra turbine-udstødningsgassen.
