Claims (11)
1. En fluidpatron (10) til en skriveanordning omfattende: et hus (12), omfattende en basis (14) og et første (24) og et andet (26) kammer; en væg (22), der udstrækkes vinkelret på basis (14) og deler huset (12) i det første (24) og det andet (26) kammer, idet et af det første (24) eller det andet (26) kammer omfatter mindst ét kapillærmedium (40, 40a, 40b) og et blækudløb (30); en luft-/blæk-udvekslingsport (32) defineret i en nedre del af væggen (22) tilgrænsende basis (14), idet luft-/blæk-udvekslingsporten (32) tilvejebringer en fluid forbindelse mellem det første og det andet kammer; kendetegnet ved at omfatte et langsgående, luftstrøms-begrænsende medlem (52) anbragt så det støder op til luft-/blæk-udvekslingsporten (32) og på basis (14), hvori det langsgående, luftstrøms-begrænsende medlem (52) udstrækkes fra luft-/blæk-udvekslingsporten ind i et af det første (24) eller det andet (26) kammer, hvori det langsgående, luftstrøms-begrænsende medlem (52) er konfigureret til at indsnævre en luftvej (44) dannet mellem blækudløbet (30) og luft-/blæk-udvekslingsporten (32); hvori det langsgående, luftstrøms-begrænsende medlem (52) har to modstående sider (54, 56), der udstrækkes ortogonalt i forhold til væggen (22), der adskiller det første og det andet kammer (24, 26), og hvor patronen (10) yderligere omfatter: et tværgående, luftstrøms-begrænsende medlem (60), der ligger an mod en af de to modstående, langsgående sider (54, 56) af det luftstrøms-begrænsende medlem, og et andet tværgående, luftstrøms-begrænsende medlem (60), der ligger an mod en anden af de to modstående sider (56, 54) af det luftstrøms-begrænsende medlem; hvori de tværgående, luftstrøms-begrænsende medlemmer (60) er konfigureret til at indsnævre en luftvej (46) udformet mellem luft-/blæk-udvekslingsporten (32) og en kant (28) defineret af basis (14) og væggen (22).
2. Fluidpatronen (10) ifølge krav 1, hvori det langsgående, luftstrømsbegrænsende medlem (52) er en tærskel, der er anbragt i luft-/blæk-udvekslingsporten (32) og mellem basis (14) og kapillærmediet (40, 40a).
3. Fluidpatronen (10) ifølge krav 2, hvor det langsgående, luftstrømsbegrænsende medlem (52) udstrækkes gennem luft-/blæk-udvekslingsporten (32) og slutter i det væsentlige med at flugte med planet af den flade af væggen (22), der vender mod det andet af det første eller det andet kammer.
4. Fluidpatronen (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvori tykkelsen af det langsgående, luftstrøms-begrænsende medlem (52) er mindre end 2 mm, men tilstrækkelig til at komprimere kapillærerne i kapillærmediet (40, 40a).
5. Fluidpatronen (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvori det langsgående, luftstrøms-begrænsende medlem (52) er mindst lige så bredt som luft-/blæk-udvekslingsporten (32).
6. Fluidpatronen (10) ifølge krav 5, hvori det langsgående, luftstrømsbegrænsende medlem (52) er cirka 3 mm bredere, på hver side, end luft-/blæk-udvekslingsporten (32).
7. Fluidpatronen (10) ifølge krav 1, hvori de tværgående, luftstrøms-begrænsende medlemmer (52) i det væsentlige er trekantformede indsatser, i det væsentlige rektangulært udformede indsatser, i det væsentlige kvartcirkelformede / paikileformede indsatser, eller kombinationer deraf.
8. Fluidpatronen (10) ifølge krav 7, hvori de tværgående, luftstrøms-begrænsende medlemmer (52) er placeret ortogonalt i forhold til en side (36) af væggen (22), der adskiller det første og det andet kammer (24, 26) og parallelt i forhold til luft-/blæk-udvekslingsporten (32).
9. Fluidpatronen (10) som defineret i et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende en pluralitet af ribber (62) udformet på: basis (14); det langsgående, luftstrøms-begrænsende medlem (52); eller en kombination deraf, hvori pluraliteten af ribber (62) er konfigureret til i det væsentlige at fremme strømmen af fluidum mellem det første (24) og det andet kammer (26), når luft strømmer gennem, eller forbliver stationært, i luft-/blæk-udvekslingsporten (32).
10. Fluidpatronen (10) som defineret i et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvori fluidumpatronen (10) er inkorporeret i et fluidtilførselssystem, inklusiv et skrivehoved, der står i fluid forbindelse med fluidpatronen (10).
11. Fluidpatronen som defineret i et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvori det andet af den første (24) eller andet (26) kammer omfatter et forudbestemt volumen af flydende blæk. FIG. 1
