Claims (36)

  1. STABILE ENZYMATISKE SYSTEMER TIL GENERERING AF PERSYRE PATENTKRAV
    1. Alt-i-en-sammensætning omfattende et perhydrolaseenzym, en hydrogenperoxidkilde og et estersubstrat, hvor sammensætningen genererer en persyre, når den blandes med vand, og hvor esteren omfatter mindre end 5 vægt-% vand, og hvor estersubstratet er en væske og perhydrolaseenzymet og hydrogenperoxidkilden er tørre faststoffer suspenderet i væsken, og hvor estersubstratet er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af: methylacetat, ethylacetat, propylacetat, triacetin (l,3-diacetyloxypropan-2-yl-acetat) og propylenglycoldiacetat.
  2. 2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor esteren omfatter mindre end 1, mindre end 0,5 eller mindre end 0,1 vægt-% vand.
  3. 3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor persyren er udvalgt fra pereddikesyre, pemonansyre, perpropionsyre, perbutansyre, perpentansyre og perhexansyre.
  4. 4. Sammensætning ifølge krav 3, hvor persyren er pereddikesyre.
  5. 5. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor estersubstratet er propylenglycoldiacetat.
  6. 6. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor perhydrolaseenzymet omfatter amino syre sekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1.
  7. 7. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor perhydrolaseenzymet er S54V-varianten af SEQ ID NO: 1.
  8. 8. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor hydrogenperoxidkilden er en hydrogenperoxidgenerende forbindelse udvalgt fra natriumpercarbonat, natriumperborat og ureahydrogenperoxid.
  9. 9. Sammensætning ifølge krav 8, hvor hydrogenperoxidkilden er natriumpercarbonat.
  10. 10. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor sammensætningen omfatter 0,001 til 1 vægt-% perhydrolaseenzym, 35 til 45 vægt-% natriumpercarbonat og 55 til 65 vægt-% propylenglycoldiacetat.
  11. 11. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor hydrogenperoxidkilden er et enzymatisk system til generering af hydrogenperoxid omfattende en oxidase og substrat heraf.
  12. 12. Sammensætning ifølge krav 11, hvor oxidasen er udvalgt fra glucoseoxidase, sorbitoloxidase, hexoseoxidase, cholinoxidase, alkoholoxidase, glyceroloxidase, cholesteroloxidase, pyranoseoxidase, carboxyalkoholoxidase, L-aminosyreoxidase, glycinoxidase, pyruvatoxidase, glutamatoxidase, sarcosinoxidase, lysinoxidase, lactatoxidase, vanillyloxidase, glycolatoxidase, galactoseoxidase, uricase, oxalatoxidase og xanthinoxidase.
  13. 13. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvilken sammensætning endvidere omfatter mindst ét supplerende enzym, der er udvalgt fra proteaser, cellulaser, amylaser og mikrocellevægsnedbrydende enzymer.
  14. 14. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor sammensætningen endvidere omfatter mindst ét overfladeaktivt middel.
  15. 15. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor sammensætningen bevarer persyregenererende aktivitet i mindst 7 dage efter at have været opbevaret ved en omgivelsestemperatur fra 18 °C til 25 °C.
  16. 16. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en dekontamineringsopløsning, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter tilsætning af sammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 15 til vand, hvor sammensætningen forinden har været opbevaret ved omgivelsestemperatur i mindst 7 dage, og blanding i mindst 20 minutter.
  17. 17. Fremgangsmåde til dekontaminering, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) tilvejebringelse af en sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 15, hvor sammensætningen forinden har været opbevaret ved omgivelsestemperatur i mindst 7 dage; (b) tilsætning af sammensætningen til vand og blanding, hvorved der genereres en vandig persyreopløsning; (c) eksponering af et emne omfattende en kontaminant for opløsningen.
  18. 18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 17, hvor sammensætningen er indeholdt i en vandopløselig beholder.
  19. 19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 18, hvor beholderen er en pose fremstillet af polyvinylalkoholfilm.
  20. 20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 17, hvor vandet er steriliseret.
  21. 21. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 17, hvor eksponeringen omfatter eksponering af emnet for opløsningen ved høj temperatur.

  26. 26. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 17, hvor omgivelsestemperaturen er fra 18 °C til 25 °C.
