Claims (4)
1. Indretning til afgivelse af et lægemiddel, omfattende: - et aflangt hus; - en beholder (4) med en kanyle og monteret i huset og indrettet til at indeholde et flydende lægemiddel; - en stopper, der er anbragt glidbart i beholderen; - aktiveringsorganer omfattende et elastisk legeme, en stødstang (50), der har en proximal ende i kontakt med stopperen, og en distal ende, der er funktionelt forbundet til det elastiske legeme; - en medbringer (30), som er fast anbragt på indersiden af huset; - et låseorgan (40) anbragt svingbart på medbringeren og omfattende et fremspring (41) indrettet til at være i kontakt med en rille (52) i stødstangen til løsbar fastholdelse af stødstangen i en første position, hvor det elastiske legeme har en akkumuleret energi; og - aktiveringsorganer (10), der er funktionsforbundne til låseorganet til frigørelse af stødstangen til en anden position efter aktivering ved en bruger, således at den akkumulerede energi overføres til stødstangen til fremdrivning af stopperen en forudbestemt strækning i beholderen, hvorved lægemidlet i beholderen afgives; kendetegnet ved, - at aktiveringsorganerne omfatter et på huset monteret, rørformet legeme (11) og mindst ét elastisk legeme (17), der er funktionelt forbundet til det rørformede legeme, hvilket rørformet legeme omfatter et endestykke indrettet til tilbagetrækning i forhold til huset mod kraften af det elastiske legeme (17), når endestykket presses mod et afgivelsessted, således at kanylen trænger ind i et afgivelsessted, og hvor det rørformede legeme er indrettet til at blive tvunget i retningen af endestykket i kraft af det mindst ene elastiske legeme, når endestykket fjernes fra afgivelsesstedet, - at det elastiske legeme er en fjeder (60) med variabel kraft, der har én ende fastgjort til medbringeren (30), og en anden ende, som er variabelt viklet, lagt som i en gaffel på den anden ende af stødstangen, og hvor fjederen med variabel kraft er indrettet til at frembringe en forudbestemt sekvens af mindst to forskellige kraftprofiler under lægemiddelafgivelsen, og hvor den sidste kraftprofil i sekvensen er en profil, hvor kraften stiger, efterhånden som fjederen afspændes, og - at fjederen (60) med variabel kraft er en spiralfjeder af båndmateriale, og hvor de forskellige kraftprofiler opnås ved egnet valg af materialet og/eller geometrien og/eller den naturlige radius og/eller elasticitetsmodulet af fjederen.
2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det rørformede legeme (11) omfatter en udvendig ringformet kant (13), der har to tunger (14), der strækker sig i længderetningen mod indretningens distale ende, og hvor én af tungerne (14) omfatter en tungeforlængelse (16), således at når endestykket skubbes mod et afgivelsessted, vil tungeforlængelsen (16) skubbe og svinge låseorganet (40), hvorved fremspringet (41) kommer ud af rillen (52).
3. Indretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-2, kendetegnet ved, at indretningen omfatter dosisindstillingsorganer indrettet til betjening i forudbestemte trin, når indretningen er i en ikke-lægemiddelafgivende stilling, hvor betjeningen af dosisindstillingsorganet med ét trin øger dosis med et forudbestemt trin.
4. Indretning ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at dosisindstillingsorganerne omfatter mindst én i længderetningen trindelt dosisrille (51) med en endevæg (53) anbragt på drivorganet (50), hvor mindst én af de i længderetningen trindelte dosisriller (51) er funktionsforbundet til et indre fremspring (22) anbragt på et koaksialt, gennemgående hul på en periferioverflade (21) af en vælgerring (20), hvor drivorganet (50) er indrettet til at passere igennem, og hvor afstanden mellem hver endevæg (53) og fremspringet (22) svarer til en forudbestemt dosis, således at når indretningen er i en lægemiddelafgivende stilling, stopper drivorganets bevægelse, når fremspringet (22) af vælgerringen går i indgreb med endevæggen (53).
