Claims (11)
1. Affinitetsreagens, der er i stand til specifikt at binde sig til matriptasestammen, der befinder sig på celleoverfladen, hvor matriptasestammen har sekvensen defineret i en hvilken som helst af SEQ ID NO: 10-13 eller en sekvens med mindst 80 % identitet med en hvilken som helst af SEQ ID NO: 10-13, og hvor affinitetsreagenset er konjugeret til en terapeutisk del, eventuelt hvor den terapeutiske del er en cytotoksisk del eller en radioaktiv del.
2. Affinitetsreagens ifølge krav 1, hvor matriptasestammen er defineret af en hvilken som helst af SEQ ID NO: 10-13 eller et polypeptid med 90 % eller 95 % identitet med en hvilken som helst af SEQ ID NO: 10-13.
3. Affinitetsreagens, der specifikt binder til et polypeptid med sekvensen ifølge en hvilken som helst af SEQ ID NO: 10-13, eller et polypeptid med 90 % eller 95 % identitet med en hvilken som helst af SEQ ID NO: 10-13, hvor polypeptidet befinder sig på en overflade af en celle, og hvor affinitetsreagenset ikke specifikt bindes til SEQ ID NO: 1, og hvor affinitetsreagenset er konjugeret til en terapeutisk del, eventuelt hvor den terapeutiske del er en cytotoksisk del eller en radioaktiv del.
4. Affinitetsreagens ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvilket reagens er et antistof, antistoffragment deraf eller antistofderivat deraf.
5. Affinitetsreagens ifølge krav 4, hvor affinitetsreagenset er et isoleret monoklonalt antistof, eller en antigen-bindende del deraf, eller et antistofmimetikum, og hvor det isolerede monoklonale antistof eventuelt er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af et fuldlængde-antistof af en IgGl-, IgG2-, IgG3- eller IgG4-isotype, et humaniseret antistof, et enkeltkæde-antistof, et immunkonjugat, et defucosyleret antistof og et bispecifikt antistof.
6. Affinitetsreagens ifølge krav 4, hvor affinitetsreagenset er et antistoffragment udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af et UniBody, et domæneantistof og et Nanobody.
7. Affinitetsreagens ifølge krav 5, hvor affinitetsreagenset er et antistofmimetikum udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af et Affibody, et DARPin, et Anticalin, et Avimer, et Versabody og et Duocalin.
8. Affinitetsreagens ifølge krav 4, hvilket affinitetsreagens er et monoklonalt antistof, der har cytotoksicitet over for celler, der udtrykker matriptasestammeantigen i nærvær af et humant komplement eller i nærvær af humane immune effektorceller.
9. Farmaceutisk sammensætning omfattende en terapeutisk effektiv mængde af et eller flere affinitetsreagenser som defineret i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8 og et farmaceutisk acceptabelt fortyndingsmiddel eller bærestof.
10. Affinitetsreagens som defineret i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8 eller sammensætning som defineret i krav 9 til anvendelse ved behandling eller forebyggelse af sygdom, såsom cancer, hvilken cancer eventuelt er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af brystcancer, colorektalcancer, esophaguscancer, gastrisk cancer, prostatacancer eller uteruscancer.
11. Kit, der indeholder et eller flere affinitetsreagenser ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8 eller indeholder en sammensætning som defineret i krav 9, hvor affinitetsreagenset er egnet til anvendelse i behandling og/eller diagnose.
