Claims (15)
- FOLIEMATERIALE TIL BYGGESEKTOREN OG KOMPOSITFOLIEMATERIALE- ARRANGEMENT1. Byggefolie (1), især et dampkontrollag, en underdækningsbane eller en underforskallingsbane, hvilken byggefolie har mindst ét funktionelt lag (2) og eventuelt mindst ét andet lag, især et bærelag og/eller forstærkningslag (3), hvilket funktionelle lag (2) har en vanddampsdiffusionsmodstand (Sd-værdi), som afhænger af den omgivende fugtighed, kendetegnet ved, at det funktionelle lag (2) har mindst ét materiale (4), som kan opnås ud fra et fornyeligt råstof, især mindst én polymer baseret på et fornyeligt råstof.
- 2. Byggefolie (1), især et dampkontrollag, en underdækningsbane eller en underforskallingsbane, hvilken byggefolie har mindst ét funktionelt lag (2) og eventuelt mindst ét andet lag, især et bærelag og/eller forstærkningslag (3), hvilket funktionelle lag (2) har en vanddampsdiffusionsmodstand (Sd-værdi), som afhænger af den omgivende fugtighed, især ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det funktionelle lag (2) har mindst ét bionedbrydeligt materiale (4), især en bionedbrydelig polymer, og at det bionedbrydelige materiale (4) ifølge DIN EN 13432:2000 kan desintegrere, og at der efter aerob kompostering af det nedbrydelige materiale (4) efter et komposteringsinterval på mere end 12 uger og højst 80 uger, der er forlænget i sammenligning med DIN EN 13432:2000, maksimalt kan findes 10% af den oprindelige tørvægt af det bionedbrydelige materiale (4) i den sigtefraktion af det komposterede materiale, som er på mere end 2 mm.
- 3. Folie ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor rivekraften for det funktionelle lag (2) efter mindst 5 års brug inden for byggeri, fortrinsvis efter mindst 10 år, især efter 20 år, er mindst 10 til 50 N/5 cm.
- 4. Folie ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor andelen af materialet (4), der kan opnås ud fra fornyelige råstoffer, i det funktionelle lag (2), og/eller andelen af bionedbrydeligt materiale (4) i det funktionelle lag (2) er større end 40 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis større end 60 vægtprocent, yderligere fortrinsvis større end 80 vægtprocent og især større end 95 vægtprocent.
- 5. Folie ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor andelen af materialet (4), der kan opnås ud fra fornyelige råstoffer, i folien og/eller andelen af bionedbrydeligt materiale (4) i folien er større end 10 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis større end 30 vægtprocent, yderligere fortrinsvis større end 60 vægtprocent og især større end 95 vægtprocent.
- 6. Folie ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor minimumsforlængelsen af det funktionelle lag (2) ifølge DIN EN 12311 er større end 5%, fortrinsvis større end 20%, yderligere fortrinsvis større end 50% og især større end 100%, og/eller hvor maksimumsforlængelsen af det funktionelle lag (2) ifølge DIN EN 12311 er mindre end 1000%, fortrinsvis mindre end 600%, yderligere fortrinsvis mindre end 200%.
- 7. Folie ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor vandabsorptionen for det funktionelle lag (2) ifølge DIN 53714 ved 50% relativ fugtighed og mætning ligger mellem 0,45 og 40%, fortrinsvis mellem 1,0 og 30%, yderligere fortrinsvis mellem 1,5 og 20%, især mellem 2 og 8%, eller mellem 10 og 40%.
- 8. Folie ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor rivekraften for det funktionelle lag (2) er 10 til 1500 N/5 cm, fortrinsvis 50 til 800 N/5 cm, yderligere fortrinsvis 80 til 500 N/5 cm.

Folie ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor det yderligere lag, fortrinsvis bærelaget (3), er et tekstillag, et stoflag, et nonwoven-lag eller en yderligere folie, og/eller hvor det yderligere lag har mindst ét materiale, der kan opnås ud fra fornyelige råstoffer, især en polymer baseret på fornyelige råstoffer, og/eller hvor det yderligere lag har mindst ét bionedbrydeligt materiale, især en bionedbrydelig polymer, fortrinsvis det bionedbrydelige materiale ifølge DIN EN 13432:2000, som er i stand til at desintegrere, og hvor der efter aerob kompostering af det nedbrydelige materiale efter et komposteringsinterval på mere end 12 uger og højst 80 uger, hvilket interval er forlænget i sammenligning med DIN EN 13432:2000, maksimalt kan findes 10% af den oprindelige tørvægt af det bionedbrydelige materiale i den sigtefraktion af det komposterede materiale, som er på mere end 2 mm.
- 12. Folie ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor vanddampspermeabiliteten for det yderligere lag er mindre end vanddampspermeabiliteten for det funktionelle lag (2).
- 13. Folie ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor folien kan opnås ved cementering eller binding af mindst ét funktionelt lag (2) med mindst ét yderligere lag eller ved ekstruderingsovertrækning eller pastaovertrækning af mindst ét bærelag (4) med mindst ét funktionelt lag (2) eller ved sprøjtning af mindst ét funktionelt lag (2) på mindst ét bærelag (4).
- 14. Foliekombination med mindst én folie (1) ifølge et af de foregående krav 1-21 og eventuelt med mindst én yderligere folie forbundet til folien (1) og/eller med mindst én bærer forbundet til folien (1).
- 15. Foliekombination ifølge krav 14, kendetegnet ved, at andelen af materialet (4), der kan opnås ud fra fornyelige råstoffer, i foliekombinationen og/eller andelen af bionedbrydeligt materiale (4) i foliekombinationen er større end 10 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis større end 30 vægtprocent, yderligere fortrinsvis større end 60 vægtprocent og især større end 95 vægtprocent.
