Claims (14)
1. Indretning (1) til automatisk indsprøjtning af et produkt på et indsprøjtningssted, hvilken indretning har en længdeakse (2) og omfatter: - et hus (3), som kan optage en beholder (6), der kan bevæges i forhold til huset (3) mellem en udgangsposition, i hvilken en spids på en nål (8) tilvejebragt på beholderen (6) ikke strækker sig ud over en distal ende af huset (3), til en indføringsposition, som er distalt i afstand i forhold til udgangspositionen, og i hvilken nålens (8) spids strækker sig ud over husets (3) distale ende, - et nåleskjold (12) til optagelse af nålen (8), og i hvilket nålen (8) er lejret forud for brug af indretningen (1), - en skjoldfjerner (33) koblet til nåleskjoldet (12) med første forbindelsesmidler (51) og aftageligt samlet med husets (3) distale ende med andre forbindelsesmidler (44, 45a, 45b, 57), hvilken skjoldfjerner (33) er beregnet til at fjernes fra huset (3) og derved også fjerne nåleskjoldet (12) forud for brug af indretningen (1), hvor de første og andre forbindelsesmidler er udformet sådan, at en rotationsbevægelse af skjoldfjerneren (3) om indretningens akse (2) i forhold til huset (3) frembringer en aksiel forskydning af nåleskjoldet (12) i den distale retning i det væsentlige uden rotationsbevægelse af nåleskjoldet (12) i forhold til nålen (8), kendetegnet ved, at skjoldfjerneren (33) omfatter et cylindrisk gennemgangshul (38) med en akse i det væsentlige identisk med indretningens akse (2) og et indvendigt gevind, og at de første forbindelsesmidler omfatter en hul skede (51), der optager nåleskjoldet (12) deri med i det væsentlige uden mulighed for rotation der imellem, hvilken skede (51) er monteret i gennemgangshullet (38), hvilken skede (51) er yderligere forsynet med et udvendigt gevind svarende til gennemgangshullets indvendige gevind og med aksielle holdeorganer (55), der samvirker med nåleskjoldet (12), sådan at en forskydning af de første forbindelsesmidler (51) i den distale retning frembringer en forskydning af nåleskjoldet (12) den distale retning.
2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det andet forbindelsesmiddel (44, 57) er udformet til at tillade en rotationsbevægelse af skjoldfjerneren (33) om aksen (2) uden mulighed for samtidig aksiel forskydning af skjoldfjerneren (33), og at de første forbindelsesmidler omfatter: - aksielle holdeorganer (55) udformet til at hindre nåleskjoldet (12) i at bevæges aksielt i den proksimale retning og få nåleskjoldet (12) til at bevæges i den distale retning, når skjoldfjerneren (33) drejes om indretningens akse (2) i forhold til huset (3), - og spiralorganer udformet til at konvertere skjoldfjernerens (33) rotationsbevægelse om indretningens akse (2) i forhold til huset (3) til en aksiel forskydning af nåleskjoldet (12) i den distale retning i forhold til nålen (8).
3. Indretning (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at de andre forbindelsesmidler (44, 45a, 45b, 57) er udformet til også at tillade en aksiel forskydning af skjoldfjerneren (33) i den distale retning i forhold til huset (3) uden mulighed for samtidig rotation af skjoldfjerneren (33), idet denne forskydning forårsager den aksielle fjernelse af både skjoldfjerneren (33) og nåleskjoldet (12) fra huset (3).
4. Indretning (1) ifølge et af krav 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at de aksielle holdeorganer omfatter mindst en radielt forløbende tunge (55), der rager ud fra skedens (51) proksimale ende og støder op mod nåleskjoldets (12) proksimale ende.
5. Indretning (1) ifølge et af krav 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at de aksielle holdeorganer (55) støder op til beholderens (6) distale ende (9) forud for brug af indretningen (1).
6. Indretning (1) ifølge et af krav 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at skjoldfjerneren (33) omfatter et rundtgående hus (40) koaksielt med nålen (8) og med en indvendig diameter (D40) større end nåleskjoldets (12) udvendige diameter, hvor det rundtgående hus (40) optager et distalt parti af huset (3).
7. Indretning (1) ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at det rundtgående hus (40) har en indvendig diameter (D40) større end gennemgangshullets udvendige diameter (D38).
8. Indretning (1) ifølge krav 6 eller 7, kendetegnet ved, at det rundtgående hus (40) på en af sine langgående vægge (42) omfatter en cirkulær rille (44), som er placeret i et plan i det væsentlige vinkelret på indretningens akse (2), og at husets (3) distale parti omfatter en forhøjning (57) beregnet til indføring i rillen (44).
9. Indretning (1) ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at det rundtgående hus (40) på den langsgående væg (42) yderligere omfatter mindst en aksiel spalte (45a, 45b), hvis proksimale ende (46) kommer ud ved den proksimale ende af skjoldfjernerens (33) rundtgående hus (40), og hvis distale ende (47) kommer ud i den ringformede rille (44), hvor forhøjningen (57) tilvejebragt på husets (3) distale parti er udformet til at glide ind i spalten (45a, 45b).
10. Indretning (1) ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at den langsgående væg (32) på det rundtgående hus (40) omfatter to diametralt modstående aksielle spalter (45a, 45b).
11. Indretning (1) ifølge krav 9 eller 10, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter midler udformet til før brug af indretningen (1) at sikre, at forhøjningen (57) placeres i det rundtgående spor (44) ved den distale ende af en aksiel spalte (45a, 45b).
12. Indretning (1) ifølge et af krav 1 til 11, kendetegnet ved, at indretningen omfatter pillesikre midler (58, 59), som er tilvejebragt mellem huset (3) og skjoldfjerneren (33) forud for indretningens (1) anvendelse.
13. Indretning (1) ifølge et af krav 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at de første og andre forbindelsesmidler er udformet sådan, at en rotationsbevægelse af skjoldfjerneren (33) om indretningens akse (2) på højst 360s forårsager en tilstrækkelig aksiel forskydning af nåleskjoldet (12), sådan at nålen (8) ikke lejres i nåleskjoldet (12) mere.
14. Indretning (1) ifølge et af krav 1 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter midler til at begrænse skjoldfjernerens (33) rotation i forhold til huset (3) til ca. 180s.
