1. Partikel, som stammer fra en emulsion og omfatter et gitter af polyethyle-neimin-strenge, som er tværbundet ved hjælp af et tværbindingsmiddel, in-terstitielle åbninger, som grænser op til strengene og befinder sig omkring dem, og funktionelle grupper på gitteret, og med hvilke proteiner og/eller modificerede proteiner kan reagere, således at de kan bindes til gitteret og derved immobiliseret.
2. Partikel ifølge krav 1, hvor de funktionelle grupper er til stede på polyethy-leneiminen, og er udvalgt, således at binding af proteinerne og/eller de modificerede proteiner til polyethyleneiminen kan udføres gennem en eller flere af kovalent binding, ionisk binding, hydrofobisk binding og affinitetsbinding, som kan udføres gennem modifikation af gitteret for at tilvejebringe denne funktio-nalitet.

5. Partikel ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 inklusive, som indeholder et tilsætningsmiddel, som er indfanget i gitteret.
6. Partikel ifølge krav 5, hvor tilsætningsmidlet er udvalgt blandt en co-faktor, en modificeret co-faktor, en kemisk mediator, magnetit og en magnetisk substans.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af partikler, som omfatter at tilvejebringe en emulsion af små dråber af en første flydende fase, som dispergeres i en anden flydende fase, hvor den ene flydende fase er en vandig fase, og den anden er en oliefase, og hvor den vandige fase indeholder polyethyleneimin, der er opløst deri, samt et tværbindingsmiddel, som er opløst deri; 2 at gøre det muligt for tværbindingsmidlet at tværbinde strenge af polyethyle-neimin, for derved at danne partikler, som hver især omfatter et gitter af strenge af polyethyleneimin, som er tværbundet ved hjælp af tværbindingsmidlet, interstitielle åbninger, som grænser op til strengene og befinder sig omkring dem, og funktionelle grupper på gitteret, og med hvilke proteiner og/eller modificerede proteiner kan reagere, således at de kan bindes til gitteret og derved immobiliseret.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor emulsionen dannes ved at blande en første emulsion, som omfatter vandige små dråber, der indeholder deri opløst polyethyleneimin, og som dispergeres i en oliefase, med en anden emulsion, som omfatter vandige små dråber, der indeholder tværbindingsmidlet, der er opløst deri, og som er dispergeret i en oliefase.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7 eller krav 8, som omfatter at tilsætte et tilsætningsmiddel til mindst én af faserne, således at tilsætningsmidlet indfanges i partiklernes gitre.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor tilsætningsmidlet er udvalgt blandt en co-faktor, en modificeret co-faktor, en kemisk mediator, magnetit og en magnetisk substans.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 10 inklusive, som omfatter genvinding af partiklerne og tørring af de genvundne partikler.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, som omfatter at tilsætte et tilsætningsmiddel til de genvundne partikler inden tørringen af partiklerne, således at tilsætningsmidlet indfanges i partiklernes gitre.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvor tilsætningsmidlet er udvalgt blandt en co-faktor, en modificeret co-faktor, en kemisk mediator, magnetit og en magnetisk substans.
