Claims (14)
1. Sensor med modstående elektroder, hvilken sensor omfatter en arbejdselektrode, en modelektrode, thromboplastin og et elektrokemisk thrombinsubstrat, hvor thromboplastinet er overtrukket på den ene af elektroderne, og det elektrokemiske thrombinsubstrat er overtrukket på den anden elektrode, hvor sensoren detekterer en spaltning af det elektrokemiske thrombinsubstrat.
2. Sensor ifølge krav 1, hvor det elektrokemiske thrombinsubstrat ikke er immobiliseret på arbejdselektroden.
3. Sensor ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvilken sensor er kendetegnet ved, at det elektrokemiske thrombinsubstrat omfatter et peptid, der er bundet til en fraspaltelig enhed, hvor den fraspaltelige enhed bliver elektroaktiv efter spaltningen med thrombin.
4. Sensor ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvilken sensor yderligere omfatter en måler, der er forbundet med sensoren, hvor måleren bestemmer en koaguleringstid for en prøve.
5. Sensor ifølge krav 4, hvor måleren viser eller udlæser et resultat, der omfatter koaguleringstiden, eller et resultat eller en værdi, som er afhængig af koaguleringstiden.
6. Sensor ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken sensor yderligere omfatter en måler, der er forbundet med sensoren, hvor måleren viser eller udlæser et resultat, som omfatter en parameter for thrombindannelse i prøven.
7. Teststrimmel til måling af blod- eller plasmakoaguleringstiden i en prøve, hvilken teststrimmel omfatter en sensor ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6.
8. Teststrimmel ifølge krav 7, hvilken teststrimmel yderligere omfatter et middel til bekræftelse af strimmelintegriteten.
9. Fremgangsmåde til måling af blod- eller plasmakoagulering, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: tilføring af en blodprøve fra en patient til en sensor med modstående elektroder, hvilken sensor omfatter en arbejdselektrode, en modelektrode, thromboplastin og et elektrokemisk thrombinsubstrat, hvilken fremgangsmåde er kendetegnet ved, at thromboplastinet er overtrukket på den ene af elektroderne, og det elektrokemiske thrombinsubstrat er overtrukket på den anden elektrode, og at sensoren detekterer en spaltning af det elektrokemiske thrombinsubstrat; og analyse af prøven ved hjælp af sensoren til bestemmelse af niveauet af spaltning for mindst at bestemme én blod- eller plasmakoaguleringsegenskab i prøven.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor fremgangsmåden gennemføres på behandlingsstedet.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9 eller krav 10, hvor fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter en måler, der er forbundet med sensoren, hvor måleren viser eller udlæser et resultat, der omfatter en parameter for thrombindannelse i prøven.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-11, hvor patienten tager et antikoaguleringsmedikament.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvor antikoaguleringsmedikamentet er en vitamin K-antagonist.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-13, hvor prøven fra patienten tages ved hjælp af et prik i patientens finger.
