Claims (6)

1. Fremgangsmåde til påføring af en belægning (1) på et emnes (3) sædeflade (2), hvor sædefladen (2) tilvejebringes inde i en boring (4) i emnet (3) i en for-uddefineret afstand (L) fra en indgangsåbning (5) i boringen (4), og en mindste diameter (D) af boringen (4) i et område mellem indgangsåbningen (5) og sædefladen (2) maksimalt udgør 50% af afstanden (L), kendetegnet ved, at et belægningsmateriale (100, 101, 102) i et foregående fremgangsmådetrin påføres på sædefladen (2), og belægningen (1) i et yderligere fremgangsmådetrin udformes på sædefladen (2) ved hjælp af en energistråle (6), idet energistrålen (6) igennem boringen (4) rettes mod sædefladen (2), idet der som energistråle (6) anvendes en laserstråle (6) eller en elektronstråle (6).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den mindste diameter (D) af boringen (4) i et område mellem indgangsåbningen (5) og sædefladen (2) vælges til maksimalt 25% af afstanden (L) og den mindste diameter (D) af boringen (4) fortrinsvis til maksimalt 10% af afstanden (L).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor belægningsmaterialet (100) inden energiindførsel med energistrålen (6) påføres i det mindste på en del af sædefladen (2) i form af et belægningspulver (101) og/eller i form af en belægningstråd (101) og/eller i form af et præfabrikeret belægningslegeme (102).
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor der efter udformningen af belægningen (1) på sædefladen (2) igennem belægningen (1) indføres en funktionsboring (7).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor emnet (3) er et dyselegeme i en dyse (31) eller en sikkerhedsventil eller en styreventil til en komponent i et indsprøjtningsanlæg eller en smøreolieboring i en cylinderindsats.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor belægningsmaterialet (100, 101, 102) er en koboltbasislegering og/eller en nikkelbasislegering og/eller en chrombasislegering og/eller en jernbasislegering.
