Claims (17)

1. Fremgangsmåde til dosering af farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele i en komprimeret tyggegummitablet, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene til: tilvejebringelse af en eller flere farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele, blanding af en tyggegummisammensætning, som omfatter nævnte ene eller flere farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele og tyggegummigranuler, hvilke tyggegummigranuler omfatter gummibase, og dosering af nævnte tyggegummisammensætning til opnåelse af en ønsket vægt af tyggegummisammensætningen og dermed opnåelse af en ønsket dosering af nævnte farmaceutisk aktive bestanddel i tyggegummitabletten, og hvor trinnet til blanding af nævnte tyggegummisammensætning danner en tyggegummisammensætning, som har en ønsket koncentration af nævnte ene eller flere farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele, hvor nævnte ene eller flere farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele er jævnt fordelt i nævnte tyggegummisammensætning, hvor doseringen af farmaceutisk aktiv bestanddel mellem en serie på mindst 10 af nævnte komprimerede tyggegummitabletter overholder en relativ standardafvigelse (RSD) på højst 6 %.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte tyggegummigranuler er tilvejebragt ved hjælp af trinnene til fremstilling af en tyggegummiblanding, der omfatter gummibase, formning af nævnte tyggegummigranuler ved hjælp af granulering af nævnte tyggegummiblanding, og udmåling af en ønsket mængde af nævnte tyggegummigranuler.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor trinnet til formning af nævnte tyggegummigranuler omfatter trinnet til granulering og et yderligere trin til formaling.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor tyggegummigranuleme granuleres til en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse på under 1500 pm og yderligere formales til en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse på under 800 pm.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 3-4, hvor en temperatur på under 0 °C, fortrinsvis under -10 °C, opretholdes under trinnet til yderligere formaling.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter trinnet til komprimering af sammensætningen til en komprimeret tyggegummitablet.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor nævnte komprimerede tyggegummitablet består af ét komprimeret modul, omfatter mindst to individuelle sammenhængende komprimerede moduler, eller omfatter mindst tre individuelle sammenhængende komprimerede moduler.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene til udmåling af en bestemt mængde tyggegummigranuler, som omfatter gummibase, udmåling af en eller flere farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele, blanding af nævnte tyggegummigranuler og nævnte ene eller flere farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele til dannelse af en jævnt fordelt tyggegummisammensætning, som har en bestemt koncentration af nævnte ene eller flere farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele, og dosering af nævnte tyggegummisammensætning til opnåelse af en ønsket vægt af tyggegummisammensætningen og dermed opnåelse af en ønsket dosering af nævnte farmaceutisk aktive bestanddel i tyggegummitabletten.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor trinnet til blanding af nævnte tyggegummisammensætning omfatter trinnet til tilvejebringelse af en ønsket mængde af én eller flere tyggegummibestanddele og blanding med nævnte farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele og tyggegummigranuler.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor trinnet til blanding af nævnte tyggegummisammensætning omfatter trinnet til spredt anbringelse af i det mindste en del af nævnte farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele mellem nævnte tyggegummigranulater.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-10, hvor nævnte farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele blandes med bulksødemidlet før blanding med tyggegummigranuleme.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11, hvor nævnte tyggegummigranuler omfatter i det mindste en del af eller alle nævnte ene eller flere farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-12, hvor i det mindste en del af de farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele adhæreres til bulksødemiddelpartikler og/eller tyggegummigranuler ved hjælp af smagsstof.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-13, hvor i det mindste en del af de farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele adhæreres til tørbindemiddelspartikler.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-14, hvor trinnet til blanding af nævnte tyggegummisammensætning omfatter trinnene til udmåling af nævnte tyggegummigranuler, som omfatter i det mindste en del af nævnte cnc eller flere farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele, og udmåling af en yderligere del af nævnte ene eller flere farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele, og blanding af nævnte tyggegummigranuler og nævnte yderligere del af farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-15, hvor nævnte tyggegummigranuler er i det væsentlige fri for farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-16, hvor trinnet til blanding af tyggegummisammensætningen omfatter trinnet til sprøjtning af en eller flere smagsstofmaterialer på bulksødemiddelpartiklerne alene eller på tyggegummigranuler og bulksødemiddelpartiklerne og at lade partikler af de farmaceutisk aktive bestanddele adhærere dertil.
