Claims (14)

1. Komposit omfattende et coatingssystem med flere lag, der er påført på mindst en del deraf, hvilken komposit omfatter: (1) et første coatinglag, der er deponeret fra en primersammensætning; (2) en topcoatsammensætning, der er påført på mindst en del af det første coatingiag, hvilken topcoat er deponeret fra (2A) en filmdannende sammensætning, der omfatter en iiuoreret acryl-pølymer; eller (2B) en filmdannende sammensætning, der omfatter: (a) en funktionel komponent, der omfatter hydroxyl- og/eller amingrupper, hvor den funktionelle komponent er valgt biandt en acrylpoiymer, en polyesterpolymer, en polyurethanpolymer, en polyurinstofpolymer og/elier en polyetherpolymer; og (b) et hærdningsmiddel, der omfatter isocyanat og/eller anhydrid-funktio-nelle grupper; og når hærdningsmidlet omfatter isocyanat, er forholdet mellem isocyanat til hydroxyl- og/eller amingrupper > 1:1, eg hvilken komposit omfatter et matrixmateri-ale og et forstærkningsmateriale.
2, Kompositten ifølge krav 1, der yderligere omfatter: (3) en anden topcoatsammensætning, som er den samme som eller som er forskellig fra topcoatsammensætningen (2B), der er påført over mindst en del af topcoatsammensætningen (2B), hvor den anden topcoat (3) er deponeret fra en filmdannende sammensætning, der omfatter: (a) en funktionel komponent, der indeholder hydroxyl- og/eller amingrup-per; og (b) et hærdningsmiddel, der omfatter isocyanat og/eller anhydrid-funktio-neile grupper; og når hærdningsmidlet omfatter Isocyanat, er forholdet mellem isocyanat til hydroxyl· og/eller amingrupper > 1:1.
3. Kompositten ifølge krav 1, der yderligere omfatter: (3) en anden topcoatsammensætning, som er den samme som eller som er forskellig fra topcoatsammensætningen (2B), der er påført over mindst en del af topcoatsammensætningen (2B), hvor den anden topcoat (3) er deponeret fra en fiimdannentie sammensætning, der omfatter en fluore-ret acrylpolymer.
4. Kompositten ifølge krav 1, hvor, i tilfældet af at topcoaten er deponeret fra en filmdannende sammensætning (2B), sammensætningen af primeren i det første coatinglag omfatter: (i) en funktionel polymer, der indeholder epoxid- og/eller hydroxylgrup-per; (il) et hærdningsmiddel med funktionelle grupper, der er reaktive med epoxid- eller hydroxylgrupperne i (i); og (ill) et fyldstof.
5. Kompositten ifølge krav 4, hvor fyldstoffet omfatter bariumsulfat, silici-umdioxid og/eller titandioxid.
6, Kompositten ifølge krav 4, hvor den funktionelle polymer (i) i primer- sammensætningen omfatter polyepoxid, der omfatter en po I y g S y c i d y i ether af bisphenol A.
7. Kompositten ifølge krav 1, hvor, i tilfælde af, at topcoaten er deponeret fra den filmdannende sammensætning (2B), sammensætningen af primøren i det første coatinglag omfatter polyurethan.
8. Kompositten ifølge krav 1, hvor den funktionelle komponent (a) i sammensætningen (2B) af topcoaten omfatter en poiyurethanpolymer eller en polyurinstofpolymer.
9. Kompositten ifølge krav 1, hvor den funktionelle komponent (a) i sammensætningen (2B) af topcoaten har hydroxyifunktionelie grupper og hærdningsmidlet (b) har isocyanatfunktionelle grupper, fortrinsvis omfatter hærdningsmidlet (b) en trimer af hexamethylendiisocyanat, og det ækvivalente forhold af isocyanatgrupper i (b) ti! hydroxyigrupper i (a) er 1,1 til 1,7:1.
10. Kompositten ifølge krav 1, hvor den funktionelle komponent (a) s sammensætningen (2B) af topcoaten har aminfunktionelle grupper og hærdningsmidlet (b) har isocyanatfunktionelle grupper og ækvivalentforholdet mellem isocyanatgrupper i (b) til amingrupper i (a) er 1,03 til 1,10:1.
11. Komposit ifølge krav 2 eller 3, hvor kompositten er et vindturblneblad og den anden topcoat er obligatorisk og er påført på forkanten af vindtur-bi nedladet.
12. Fremgangsmåde ti! reparation af et vindturbineblad, der omfatter at påføre coatingssystemet med flere lag som defineret i krav 1 på vindtur-binebladet
13. Fremgangsmåde ti! coating af en komposit, der omfatte at påføre coatingssystemet med flere lag som defineret i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 fil 10 på mindst en del af kompositten.
14, Fremgangsmåden Ifølge krav 13, hvor kompositten er i form af et vindturbinebiad.
