Claims (9)

1. Flydende enteral næringssammensætning omfattende 11 til 18 g protein pr. 100 ml af sammensætningen, hvor sammensætningen omfatter micellært casein og caseinat, i hvilken 70 - 90 vægt-% af proteinet er micellært casein, og hvor den kombinerede mængde af micellært casein og caseinat er mindst 95 vægt-% af det samlede protein, og proteinet omfatter mindre end eller lig med 5 vægt-% valleprotein, hvor sammensætningen omfatter 70 - 90 vægt-% micellært casein, i forhold til samlet protein, mindst 95 vægt-% casein og caseinat, i forhold til samlet protein, og mindre end eller lig med 5 vægt-% valleprotein, i forhold til samlet protein, og underkastes en varme-sterilisation.
2. Flydende enteral næringssammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor proteinet tilvejebringer 10 % til 100 % af sammensætningens samlede energiindhold.
3. Flydende enteral næringssammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 2, hvor caseinatet er Na-caseinat, Mg-caseinat, K-caseinat eller en hvilken som helst blanding eller kombination deraf.
4. Flydende enteral ernæringssammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, endvidere omfattende fedt, hvor fedtet udgør mellem 10 til 70 % af sammensætningens samlede energiindhold.
5. Flydende enteral ernæringssammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, endvidere omfattende fordøjeligt kulhydrat, hvor kulhydratet udgør mellem 30 og 60 % af sammensætningens samlede energiindhold.
6. Flydende enteral ernæringssammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor sammensætningens viskositet er lavere end 200 mPa.s som målt ved en forskydningshastighed på 100 s'1 ved 20 °C under anvendelse af et rotati-onsviskosimeter ved anvendelse af kegle/plade-geometri.
7. Flydende enteral ernæringssammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, hvor sammensætningens osmolalitet er lavere end 800 m/Osm/l.
8. Flydende enteral ernæringssammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, hvor doseringsenheden er ca. 125 ml.
9. Flydende enteral ernæringssammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1-8 til anvendelse til at give næring til en person med behov herfor, hvor personen er i en sygdomstilstand, er ved at komme sig over en sygdomstilstand eller er fejlernæret.
