Claims (13)
1
1. Fremgangsmåde til biologisk analyse af biologiske prøver, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter trinnene: a) at indføre en biologisk prøve, der skal analyseres, i en beholder, som omfatter et vækstmedie; b) at inkubere beholderen i et første inkubationstidsinterval; c) efterfølgende det første inkubationstidsinterval, at analysere atmosfæren i beholderen og sammenligne atmosfæren i beholderen med en maksimum værdi og en minimum værdi for karbondioxidkoncentration, og: hvis atmosfæren indeholder et karbondioxidindhold, der er mindre end minimum værdien, at klassificere prøven som ikke indeholdende et patologisk relevant bakterieindhold, så at prøven ikke underlægges analyse for at detektere de tilstedeværende mikroorganismer; hvis atmosfæren indeholder et karbondioxidindhold, der er større end maksimum værdien, at klassificere prøven som indeholdende et patologisk relevant bakterieindhold, og underlægge prøven analyse for at detektere de tilstedeværende mikroorganismer; hvis atmosfæren indeholder et karbondioxidindhold, der ligger mellem maksimum værdien og minimum værdien, at holde prøven i inkubation i et andet inkubationstidsinterval; d) at indføre oxygen i beholderen, før det andet inkubationstidsinterval; e) ved slutningen af det andet inkubationstidsinterval, at analysere atmosfæren i beholderen, og klassificere den biologiske prøve som indeholdende et patologisk relevant bakterieindhold eller ikke indeholdende et patologisk relevant bakterieindhold, afhængigt af hvorvidt karbondioxidindholdet i atmosfæren i beholderen er større eller mindre end en grænseværdi.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den biologiske prøve underlægges en analyse for at bestemme de tilstedeværende mikroorganismer, hvis den biologiske prøve klassificeres som indeholdende et patologisk relevant bakterieindhold efter det andet inkubationstidsinterval af inkubation, og hvor der ikke udføres nogen analyse af den biologiske prøve for at bestemme tilstedeværende mikroorganismer, hvis den biologiske prøve klassificeres som ikke indeholdende et patologisk relevant bakterieindhold.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den biologiske prøve bevares ved termostatiske forhold under det første inkubationstidsinterval og under det andet inkubationstidsinterval.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den biologiske prøve underlægges omrøring under det første inkubationstidsinterval og under det andet inkubationstidsinterval. 2

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor flere biologiske prøver analyseres i rækkefølge, hvor atmosfæren i beholderen af hver biologiske prøve analyseres efter det første inkubationstidsinterval, og hver biologiske prøve indsættes i én af de følgende grupper ud fra karbondioxidindholdet, der de-tekteres i atmosfæren: positive prøver, der underlægges en yderligere analyse for at detektere de tilstedeværende mikroorganismer i den biologiske prøve; negative prøver, der ikke underlægges analysen for at detektere de tilstedeværende mikroorganismer; uvise prøver, der underlægges et andet inkubationstidsinterval; og hvor de uvise prøver, efter den anden inkubation, efterfølgende klassificeres i én af de følgende grupper ud fra karbondioxidindholdet, der detekteres i atmosfæren af den respektive beholder: positive prøver, der underlægges en yderligere analyse for at detektere de tilstedeværende mikroorganismer i den biologiske prøve; negative prøver, der ikke underlægges analysen.
6. Indretning til biologisk analyse af prøver af kropsvæske, hvor indretningen omfatter: et inkubationsområde for beholdere, der indeholder prøverne; et analyseaggregat til at analysere den indre atmosfære af beholderne; et sorteringssystem til at sortere beholderne ifølge karbondioxidindholdet, der detekteres af analyseaggregatet; og hvor sorteringssystemet sorterer beholderne, der kommer fra inkubationsområdet for at underdele beholderne i: positive beholdere, der er bestemt til en analyse for indentifikationen af de tilstedeværende mikroorganismer i de respektive prøver; negative beholdere, på hvilke det ikke er nødvendigt, at udføre analyse for identifikationen af mikroorganismer; uvise beholdere, der underlægges en anden inkubation.
7. Indretning ifølge krav 6, hvor analyseaggregatet omfatter en NDIR-karbondioxidsensor.
8. Indretning ifølge krav 6 eller 7, hvor analyseaggregatet omfatter en opsugningskanal, der ender med en gennemtrængelig nål for at opsuge gas inden i beholderne, hvor den gennemtrængelige nål og beholderen er tilvejebragt med en relativ penetreringsbevægelse for at perforere beholderne med hjælp af nålen.
9. Indretning ifølge et eller flere af kravene 6 til 8, hvor analyseaggregatet omfatter to karbondioxidsensorer og to opsugningskanaler, der ender med respektive gennemtrængelige nåle for at opsuge gas fra indersiden af to beholdere simultant, hvor de 3 gennemtrængelige nåle og beholderne er tilvejebragt med en relativ penetreringsbevægelse af nålene i beholderne.
10. Indretning ifølge et eller flere af kravene 6 til 9, hvor mindst inkubationsområdet opretholdes ved en styret temperatur, og hvor der i inkubationsområdet er tilvejebragt omrøringselementer for at omrøre prøverne i beholderne. 11.1 ndretning ifølge et eller flere af kravene 6 til 1 0, hvor indretningen omfatter: et isætningsområde til at isætte prøverne, der skal analyseres; en transportør i isætningsområdet til at transportere beholderne langs isætningsområdet; en overførselsenhed til at overføre beholderne fra isætningsområdet til inkubationsområdet.
12. I ndretning ifølge krav 11, hvor transportøren i isætningsområdet er indrettet til at modtage og transportere rækker af beholdere.
13. Indretning ifølge et eller flere af kravene 6 til 12, hvor der, under niveauet, hvor inkubationsområdet er arrangeret, er arrangeret et opsamlingsområde til at opsamle beholdere med positive prøver.
14. Indretning ifølge et eller flere af kravene 6 til 13, hvor indretningen omfatter mindst én kanyle til at indføre en gas eller en gasblanding, der omfatter oxygen, ind i beholderne.
