Claims (13)
1. Apparat til opsamling og udnyttelse af energi, som er frembragt af solen, hvilket apparat, som er egnet til tagdækning, omfatter en lagdelt konstruktion, som er forsynet med et substratlag (4, 5) og et dæklag (9), som omfatter en hærdelig mørtel, og hvor der på substratlaget er indrettet et røranlæg (7), hvorigennem et fluidum kan transporteres for at regulere temperaturen i røranlægget, hvilket røranlæg er i det mindste delvis indlejret i mørtellaget, og hvor dæklagets (9) mørtel omfatter cement, vand og additiver, og hvor substratlaget omfatter termisk isolerende dele (5), som i det mindste delvis er indlejret i mørtelen (4), kendetegnet ved, at mørtelen i dæklaget (9) yderligere omfatter isolerende granuler, at røranlægget (7) er indrettet på en overflade af substratlaget (4, 5) uden at synke ind i dette substratlag eller uden at synke ind i i forvejen fastlagte udtagninger i substratlaget, og at de termisk isolerende dele er anbragt i indbyrdes afstand fra hinanden, og at rummet mellem de termisk isolerende dele er fyldt med mørtel.
2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de isolerende granuler omfatter ekspanderet vermiculit og ekspanderet perlit.
3. Apparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at røranlægget stort set eller fuldstændigt er indlejret i mørtelen.
4. Apparat ifølge krav 3, og hvor røranlægget er anbragt i hovedsagen flugtende med en udadvendende flade på dæklaget.
5. Apparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-4, kendetegnet ved, at substratlaget er et termisk isolerende substratlag.
6. Apparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-5, kendetegnet ved, at mørtelen har en varmeledningsevne, som fortrinsvis ligger mellem ca. 0,05 og ca. 0,30 W/mK, mere foretrukket mellem ca. 0,10 og ca. 0,25 W/mK, og endnu mere foretrukket mellem ca. 0.15 oa ca. 0,20 W/mK.
7. Apparat ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at de isolerende granuler yderligere omfatter ekspanderede polystyrengranuler og/eller polyuretangranuler.
8. Apparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de termisk isolerende dele er fremstillet af ekspanderet polystyren, polyuretan og kombinationer heraf.
9. Apparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-8, kendetegnet ved, at røranlægget omfatter et kontinuerligt, bøjeligt rør.
10. Apparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-9, kendetegnet ved, at et gitter, som forløber i hovedsagen parallelt med substratlaget, er anbragt på substratet; og at røranlægget er forbundet med gitteret.
11. Apparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-10, og hvor apparatet er en del af en tagdækning, kendetegnet ved, at der er anbragt et afslutningslag på dæklaget, og at afslutningslaget har en varmemodstand, som fortrinsvis er < 0,5 m2K/W, mere foretrukket < 0,1 m2K/W, og mest foretrukket < 0,005m2K/W, og at der findes et luftlag eller et antal luftkanaler mellem dæklaget og afslutningslaget.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en lagdelt konstruktion til et apparat til opsamling og udnyttelse af energi fremstillet af solen, og som er egnet til en tagdækning, og som omfatter, at der indrettes et dæklag (9) på et substratlag (4, 5), og at dæklaget forsynes med en hærdelig mørtel, og hvor et røranlæg (7), hvorigennem der kan transporteres fluidum, indrettes på substratlaget, og hvor dette røranlæg (7) i det mindste delvis indlejres i mørtelen, og hvor dæklagets (9) mørtel indeholder cement, vand og additiver, og hvor substratlaget dannes ved, at man anbringer en flydende hærdelig mørtel (4) og herpå anbringer dele (5) af isolationsmateriale, som er præformet som blokke, kendetegnet ved, at dæklagets (9) mørtel desuden indeholder isolerende granuler, at røranlægget (7) anbringes på en flade på substratlaget (4, 5) uden at svnke ind i substratlaaet eller uden at svnke ind i i forveien fastlaate udtagninger i substratlaget, og at blokkene anbringes i en indbyrdes afstand, og at rummet mellem blokkene fyldes med mørtel.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, kendetegnet ved, at de anvendte isolerende granuler omfatter ekspanderet vermiculit og ekspanderet perlit.
