Claims (15)

  1. Titel: Smagsstofimprægnering af en tyggegummikerne Patentkrav
    1. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof til en tyggegummikerne af et tyggegummi, hvilket tyggegummi omfatter aktive farmaceutiske ingredienser, hvilken fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof til en tyggegummikerne omfatter trinnene: - tilvejebringelse af en tyggegummikerne, der omfatter gummibase, - imprægnering af tyggegummikernen ved at tilsætte mindst én dosis flydende smagsstofblanding til tyggegummikernen før en hvilket som helst valgfrit coating af tyggegummikernen, hvor i det mindste smagsstoffet i den flydende smagsstofblanding har affinitet for gummibasen i tyggegummikernen, og hvor tyggegummikernen omfatter i det mindste en del af den aktive farmaceutiske ingrediens.
  2. 2. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge krav 1 hvor den valgfri coating omfatter i det mindste en del af den aktive farmaceutiske ingrediens.
  3. 3. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 og 2, hvor den aktive farmaceutiske ingrediens er nikotin.
  4. 4. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor imprægneringen med den flydende smagsstofblanding udføres under anvendelse af flere doser.
  5. 5. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor hver af doserne omfatter 0,05 til 2,0 mg, 2,0 til 5,0 mg eller 5,0 til 50 mg flydende smagsstofblanding pr. tyggegummikerne.
  6. 6. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor den flydende smagsstofblanding omfatter smagsstof i en mængde på over 20, fortrinsvis over 40, især over 60 vægtprocent af den flydende smagsstofblanding.
  7. 7. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor den valgfri coating er valgt blandt gruppen bestående afen hård coating, en blød coating, en film-coating, en gel-coating eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf.
  8. 8. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor den flydende smagsstofblanding omfatter mindst to forskellige smagsstoffer.
  9. 9. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor den flydende smagsstofblanding omfatter smagsstof valgt blandt gruppen bestående af kanel, vintergrøn, spearmint, appelsin og citron.
  10. 10. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor den flydende smagsstofblanding omfatter blødgøringsmiddel, emulgator, høj-intenst sødestof, sødemiddel, antioxidanter eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf.
  11. 11. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, hvor tyggegummikernen omfatter smagsstof inden imprægnering.
  12. 12. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11, hvor tyggegummikernen er komprimeret.
  13. 13. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12, hvor tyggegummikernen er i det mindste delvist dækket af pulverformige forarbejdningshjælpemidler inden og/eller under imprægnering, hvilket pulverformige forarbejdningshjælpemiddel er valgt fra gruppen bestående af polyolsukkerarter såsom maltitol, calciumcarbonat, talkum, høj-intense sødestoffer, fast smagsstof og kombinationer deraf.
  14. 14. Fremgangsmåde til tilsætning af smagsstof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13, hvorved frigivelsen af smagsstof fra et tyggegummi justeres ved at opbevare tyggegummiet under kontrollerede betingelser i mindst 1 uge, hvilke kontrollerede betingelser omfatter en temperatur på mellem 5-30 °C, fortrinsvis mellem 10-25 °C.
  15. 15. Tyggegummi, der omfatter aktive farmaceutiske ingredienser og smagsstof, hvor der er en uhomogen smagsstoffordeling i tyggegummikernen, og hvor smagsstofkoncentrationen er størst i tyggegummikernens perifere områder, og hvor den uhomogene smagsstoffordeling tilvejebringer forbedret dimensionsstabilitet til tyggegummikernen, idet tyggegummiet er opnåelig ved hjælp af en proces, hvor smagsstoffet tilsættes ved hjælp af fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-14.
