Claims (8)
1. Middel til oral administration til anvendelse i behandling af fructoseintolerans, hvilket middel omfatter: glucoseisomerase; farmaceutisk acceptable excipienser og/eller bærere; og tilsatte metalioner udvalgt fra Mn2+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Zn2+, Fe2+, Co2+ og Cu2+ eller blandinger deraf; men uden anvendelse af et middel indeholdende 5-D-fructosedehydrogenase.
2. Middel til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor anvendelsen omfatter (a) reduktion af biotilgængeligheden af fructose i en menneske- eller dyrekrop eller (b) reduktion af mængden af fructose, der er tilgængelig for menneske- eller dyrekroppen eller for intestinale bakterier, der koloniseres deri efter indtagelse af en/ét fructoseholdig(t) fødevare eller stof.
3. Middel til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor de farmaceutisk acceptable excipienser og/eller bærere er udvalgt fra maltodextrin, calciumcarbonat, dicalciumphosphat, tricalciumphosphat, mikrokrystallinsk cellulose, dextrose, rismel, magnesiumstearat, stearinsyre, croscarmellose natrium, natriumstivelsesglycolat, crospovidon, saccharose, vegetabilske gummier, lactose, methylcellulose, povidon, carboxymethylcellulose, majsstivelse, modificeret stivelse, fibersol, gelatine, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose og blandinger deraf.
4. Middel til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor de farmaceutisk acceptable excipienser og/eller bærere er udvalgt fra vand, mineralolie, ethylenglycol, propylenglycol, lanolin, glycerylstearat, sorbitanstearat, isopropylmyristat, isopropylpalmitat, acetone, glycerin, phosphatidylcholin, natriumcholat og ethanol.
5. Middel til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor de farmaceutisk acceptable excipienser og/eller bærere endvidere er udvalgt fra mindst ét comulgeringsmiddel, der indbefatter oxyethyleneret sorbitanmonostearat, fedtalkoholer, såsom stearylalcohol eller cetylalkohol, eller estere af fedtsyrer og polyoler, såsom glycerylerstearat.
6. Middel til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, der er (i) en fødevare eller (ii) en farmaceutisk sammensætning.
7. Middel til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor fructoseintoleransen er intestinal fructoseintolerans.
8. Middel til anvendelse ifølge krav 7, hvor den intestinale fructoseintolerans er forårsaget af en forstyrrelse af fiructoseabsorption.
