Claims (13)
1. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning (10), der er udformet til at fremme heling af et sår, hvorpå den er anbragt, idet forbindingsindretningen (10) omfatter: - en sårafdækning (12) med et sårkontaktlag (16) med en sårkontaktflade (20); - et sårbehandlingsmateriale (40) indeholdt i sårkontaktlaget (16); og - et varmeabsorberende lag (50), som er i varmestrømsforbindelse med sårkontaktlaget (16), idet det varmeabsorberende lag (50) er egnet til at fjerne varme fra sårkontaktlaget (16) og at nedbringe en temperatur i sårkontaktfladen (20) til under en omgivende temperatur for at tilvejebringe den køleindrettede sårforbindingsindretning (10) til fremme af helingen af såret, - hvor sårkontaktlaget (16) er en porøs matrice (30), der tillader vandige væsker frit at diffundere ind i og igennem matricen, idet matricen omfatter et fibermateriale (32), som er imprægneret med sårbehandlingsmaterialet (40), hvor den køleindrettede sårforbindingsindretning (10) er kendetegnet ved, at sårbehandlingsmaterialet (40) omfatter en naturlig hyaluronsyresam-mensætning, og hvor det varmeabsorberende lag (50) omfatter en hy-dreret superabsorberende polymer (70).
2. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor sårkontaktlaget (16) har væskeabsorberende egenskaber og kan absorbere legemsvæsker og/eller sårexsudat.
3. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning (10) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor sårkontaktfladen (20) er en flade på sårkontaktlaget (16).
4. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning (10) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor såraf- dækningen (12) har en sårkontaktflade (22), som er en særskilt porøs flade på sårkontaktlaget (16).
5. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning (10) ifølge krav 1 eller 4, hvor sårafdækningen (12) har en sårkontaktflade (22a), som er en særskilt porøs flade på sårkontaktlaget (16), idet den særskilte porøse flade (22a) har fysiske overfladetræk (60), som er i indgreb med sårkontaktlaget og tjener til at hindre sårkontaktlaget (16) i at glide i forhold til sårkontaktfladen (22a) og løsgørelse af sårkontaktlaget (16) fra sårkontaktfladen (22a).
6. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning (10) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-5, hvor sårbehandlingsmaterialet (40) omfatter chitosan og/eller diacerhein.
7. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning (10) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-6, hvor sårbehandlingsmaterialet (40) omfatter en naturlig hyaluronsyresam-mensætning i en form valgt fra gruppen bestående af en gel, en creme eller vandig opløsning af naturlig hyaluronsyre.
8. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning (10) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-7, hvor det varmeabsorberende lag (50) er i åben væskestrømningsforbindelse med sårkontaktlaget (16).
9. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning (10) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 8, der yderligere omfatter en partiel væskebarriere (66), der adskiller det varmeabsorberende lag (50) fra sårkontaktlaget (16), hvor det varmeabsorberende lag (50) er i delvis begrænset væskestrømningsforbindelse med sårkontaktlaget (16).
10. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning (10) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 8, der endvidere omfatter en væskebarriere (68), der adskiller det varmeabsorberende lag (50) fra sårkontaktlaget (16), medens at den tillader luftudveksling igennem lagene.
11. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning (10) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 10, hvor sårkontaktlaget er et lag af biokompatibelt syntetisk materiale.
12. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning ifølge krav 11, hvor det biokompatible syntetiske materiale er valgt fra gruppen bestående af polyethylen, polypropylen og polyester.
13. Køleindrettet sårforbindingsindretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-12 til brug ved en fremgangsmåde til fremme af heling af et sår hos et individ med behov for det, som omfatter anbringelse af indretningen på såret.
