Claims (23)
- FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL REDUKTION AF MÆNGDEN AF STERYLGLYCOSIDI EN OLIE ELLER FEDT OG/ELLER ET BIOBRÆNDSEL1. Fremgangsmåde til reduktion af mængden af sterylglycosid i en olie eller fedt og/eller et biobrændsel, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter blanding af ét eller flere enzymer med en olie eller fedt, der omfatter sterylglycosid, hvor det ene eller flere enzymer omfatter en amyloglucosidase; således at det ene eller flere enzymer nedbryder sterylglycosidet, og hvor mindst 20 % af sterylglycosidet i olien eller fedtet og/eller biobrændslet fjernes.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor olien er en vegetabilsk olie.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor olien er udvalgt fra: rapsfrøolie, rapsolie, soja- (sojabønne-) olie, risklidolie, palmeolie, majsolie, bomuldsfrøolie, solsikkeolie, saflorolie, nasturtiumfrøolie, sennepsfrøolie, olivenolie, sesamolie, jordnøddeolie, babassunøddeolie, kastorolie, palmekemeolie, rapsfrøolie med lavt erucasyreindhold, lupinolie, jatrophaolie, kokosolie, linolie, natlysolie, jojobaolie, sheanøddeolie eller sæddodderolie.
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor biobrændslet er en biodiesel.
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter et trin med afkogning.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor afkogningen er enzymatisk afkogning.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor sterylglycosidet nedbrydes før, under eller efter trinnet med afkogning.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5-7, hvor det ene eller flere enzymer blandes med olie eller fedt og vand under trinnet med afkogning.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter et trin med interesterificering.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor trinnet med interesterificering er et enzymatisk interesterificeringstrin.
- 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter et trin med centrifugering.
- 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter et enzym, der er udvalgt fra en lipid acyltransferase, en phospholipase eller kombinationer deraf.
- 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvor phospholipasen er en phospholipase Al, en phospholipase A2, en phospholipase B, en phospholipase C, en phospholipase D eller en kombination deraf.
- 14. Anvendelse af ét eller flere enzymer i en olie eller fedt og/eller et biobrændsel til reduktion af mængden af sterylglycosid, hvor det ene eller flere enzymer omfatter en amyloglucosidase, og hvor mindst 20 % af sterylglycosidet i olien eller fedt og/eller biobrændsel er fjernet.
- 15. Anvendelse ifølge krav 14, hvor mindst 50 % af sterylglycosidet i olien eller fedt er fjernet.
- 16. Anvendelse ifølge krav 14, hvor mindst 80 % af sterylglycosidet i olie eller fedt er fjernet.
- 17. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 14-16, hvor olien er en vegetabilsk olie.
- 18. Anvendelse ifølge krav 17, hvor den vegetabilske olie er en sojaolie.
- 19. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 14-17, hvor biobrændslet er en biodiesel.
- 20. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 14-18, hvor anvendelsen endvidere omfatter et enzym, der er udvalgt fra en lipid acyltransferase, en phospholipase eller kombinationer deraf.
- 21. Anvendelse ifølge krav 20, hvor phospholipasen er en phospholipase Al, en phospholipase A2, en phospholipase B, en phospholipase C, en phospholipase D eller en kombination deraf.
- 22. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 14 til 21, hvor anvendelsen sker i kombination med afkogning.
- 23. Anvendelse ifølge krav 22, hvor afkogningen er enzymatisk afkogning.
