Claims (13)
1. Pulverformet byggematerialesammensætning indeholdende i det mindste en dialkylether med 8 til 50 carbonatomer.
2. Byggematerialesammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det i forbindelse med alkylgrupperne i dialkyletheren drejer sig om lineære og/eller forgrenede og/eller cyklisk mættede og/eller umættede grupper.
3. Byggematerialesammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at dialkyletherne har en kinematisk viskositet ved 20°C på 0,1 til 30 mm2/s.
4. Byggematerialesammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at det i forbindelse med dialkyletherne drejer sig om dibutylether, dipentylether, di-hexylether, diheptylether, dioctylether, dinonylether, didecylether, diundecylether og/eller didodecylether.
5. Byggematerialesammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at denne har en ved hjælp af laserdiffraktometri bestemt kornstørrelsesandel på i det mindste 2 vægt-% < 68 ym og i det mindste 10 vægt-% ^ 200 ym.
6. Byggematerialesammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at denne indeholder pulverformede polymerer og navnlig redispergerbare polymerpulvere.
7. Byggematerialesammensætning ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at de redispergerbare polymerpulvere er opbygget af i det mindste en repræsentant fra rækken vinylacetat, styren, butadien, ethylen, versatinsyre-vinylester, carbamid-formaldehyd-kondensationsprodukter og melamin-formaldehyd-kondensationsprodukter.
8. Byggematerialesammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at denne har en andel af dialkylether på 0,01 til 8 vægt-%.
9. Byggematerialesammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at denne endvidere indeholder i det mindste en repræsentant fra rækken bindemidler, fyldstoffer, fortykningsmidler, vandrententionsmidler dispergeringsmidler, reologiforbedrende midler, anti-skummidler, forsinkelsesmidler, acceleratorer, tilsætningsstoffer, pigmenter, organiske eller uorganiske fibre.
10. Byggematerialesammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at denne har en andel af hydrauliske bindemidler i området fra 5 til 80 vægt-%.
11. Byggematerialesammensætning ifølge krav 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at denne indeholder 15 til 75 vægt-% fyldstoffer, 1 til 5 vægt-% dispersionspulver, 0,1 til 5 vægt-% vandretentionsmiddel, 0,1 til 3 vægt-% fortykningsmiddel, 0,1 til 3 vægt-% cementaccelerator og 0,1 til 3 vægt-% cementdecelerationsmiddel.
12. Anvendelse af i det mindste en dialkylether med 8 til 50 carbonatomer som additiv i pulverformede byggematerialesammensætninger til formindskelse af støvdannelse.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en pulverformet byggematerialesammensætning, kendetegnet ved, at man bringer den pulverformede byggematerialesammensætning i kontakt med i det mindste en dialkylether som antistøvadditiv svarende til et af de foregående krav, navnlig ved hjælp af påsprøj tning.
