Claims (7)

1. Fremgangsmåde til at danne et kompositlegeme under anvendelse af en form (1) og en automatiseret fiberplaceringsmaskine (2) omfattende et fiberplaceringshoved (21), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at bevæge fiberplaceringshovedet (21) forbi formen (1) og at afsætte på formen en flerhed af fibertove (24, 25), hvor fibertovene (24, 25) afsættes side om side i en retning (A3) vinkelret på bevægelsen (A2) af fiberplaceringshovedet (21) og vinkelret på retningen afen normal (N) afen overflade af formen (1) hvor fibertovene (24, 25) er afsat, for derved at danne et lag (26) med en flerhed af fibertove (24, 25) placeret side om side på formen (1), hvor fibertovene (24, 25) i laget (26) omfatter første og andet fibertove (24, 25) omfattende respektive første og andet fibermaterialer, der er forskellige fra hinanden, og som føres fra forskellige spoler (22, 23) til fiberplaceringshovedet (21), kendetegnet ved, at de afsættes simultant af en rulle af fiberplaceringshovedet (21).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor ved mindst én position langs retningen (A3) vinkelret på bevægelsen (A2) af fiberplaceringshovedet (21) og vinkelret på retningen af normalen (N) af overfladen af formen (1), hvor fibertovene (24, 25) afsættes, et eller flere første fibertove (24) er indskudt mellem to andre fibertove (25).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor kompositlegemet er en skal, en halvskal, et bjælkedæksel eller en bjælkeribbe af en vindmøllevinge.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor mindst et af fibertovene (24, 25) i laget (26) omfatter en matrix.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fibrene i mindst et af fibertovene (24, 25) i laget (26) er præimprægnerede.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 eller 5, hvor matrixen er af det samme stof for alle fibertove (24, 25) i laget (26).
7. Kompositlegeme-fremstillingsanordning, til at danne et kompositlegeme, omfattende en form (1) og en fiberplaceringsmaskine (2) omfattende et fiberplaceringshoved (21), hvor fiberplaceringsmaskinen (2) er indrettet til at bevæge fiberplaceringshovedet (21) forbi formen (1) og til at afsætte på formen (1) en flerhed af fibertove (24, 25), således at fibertovene (24, 25) er afsat side om side i en retning (A3) vinkelret på bevægelsen (A2) af fiberplaceringshovedet (21) og vinkelret på retningen afen normal (N) afen overflade af formen (1), hvor fibertovene (24, 25) er afsat, til således at danne et lag (26) med en flerhed af fibertove (24, 25) placeret side om side på formen (1), hvor fiberplaceringsmaskinen (2) omfatter respektive spoler (22, 23) til at tilvejebringe første og andet fibertove (24, 25) i laget (26) til fiberplaceringshovedet (21), hvor de første og andet fibertove (24, 25) omfatter respektive første og andet fibermaterialer, der er forskellige fra hinanden, kendetegnet ved, at fiberplaceringshovedet (21) omfatter en rulle omkring hvilken fibertovene (24, 25) rettes og afsættes simultant på formen.
