Claims (15)
- APPARAT OG FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL DATATRANSMISSION FRA EN ROTERENDE STYREANORDNING1. Roterende styreanordning (RCD) (75) til anvendelse med en offshore-borenhed, hvilken styre anordning omfatter: et legeme (25) med en flange (200), der er dannet for en ende deraf, til sammenkobling med et stigror eller en blowout preventer-blok til offshore-borenheden; en tætningsenhed (65) til modtagelse og tætning af et rør; en lejeenhed (60) til at understøtte rotation af tætningsenheden i forhold til legemet; en roterende sektion (105) til montering af tætningsenheden på lejeenheden; og kendetegnet ved, at den roterende styreanordning endvidere omfatter et datasystem (100), der omfatter: en transmissionsenhed (175), der er placeret i en lomme (160), der er dannet i den roterende sektion, hvilken transmissionsenhed omfatter: et detekteringsorgan (145) til at måle et parameter for RCD’en; en antenne (110), der er placeret på mindst en del af periferien af den roterende sektion; og et modul (150), der er i stand til at modtage parameteret fra detekteringsorganet og til at transmittere parameteret som et radiofrekvens- (RF) signal til en modtagelsesenhed (275) ved anvendelse af antennen; og hvor modtagelsesenheden er placeret i en lomme (220), der er dannet i flangen, og omfatter: en antenne (205), der er i stand til at modtage RF-signalet og er placeret i umiddelbar nærhed af en indvendig overflade af flangen; og et elektronisk system (280), der står i forbindelse med den modtagende antenne og er i stand til at kommunikere parameteret til offshore-borenheden, hvor den transmitterende antenne og den modtagende antenne er placeret med afstand mellem hinanden for at muliggøre transmission af RF-signalet gennem et ledende væskemiljø.
- 2. RCD ifølge krav 1, hvor: tætningsenheden er en anden tætningsenhed (65), den roterende sektion er en øvre roterende sektion (105) og RCD’en endvidere omfatter en første tætningsenhed (55) og en nedre roterende sektion (125) for montering af den første tætningsenhed på lejeenheden.
- 3. RCD ifølge krav 2, hvor detekteringsorganet (145) står i fluidforbindelse med en passage (135) for måling af tryk mellem tætningsenhedeme.
- 4. RCD ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 3, hvor parameteret er omdrejninger pr. minut (RPM) for tætningsenheden (65).
- 5. RCD ifølge krav 4, hvor: detekteringsorganet er i stand til at måle et andet parameter for RCD’en, og det andet parameter er en temperatur af lejeenheden (60).
- 6. RCD ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 3, hvor parameteret er en akustisk signatur fra lejeenheden (60).
- 7. RDC ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor; den transmitterende antenne (110) er enkeltstående og kun placeret på delen, og den modtagende antenne (205) er enkeltstående.
- 8. RCD ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor den transmitterende antenne (110) og/eller den modtagende antenne (205) er et omkredsmodtagersystem.
- 9. RDC ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor transmissionsenheden (175) endvidere omfatter et batteri.
- 10. RDC ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor væsken er mere ledende end vand.
- 11. RCD ifølge krav 10, hvor den ledende væske er havvand.
- 12. RDC ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor modulet (150) kan transmittere RF-signalet med en dæmpet signalstyrke i miljøet, indtil lejeenheden (60) er korrekt placeret inde i legemet (25).
- 13. Fremgangsmåde til boring af et undersøisk borehul ved anvendelse af RDC ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter; injektion af borefluid ned i en borestreng under rotation af borestrengen med et borehoved placeret ved bunden af det undersøiske borehul, hvor RCD’en er i indgreb med borestrengens borerør, hvilket omleder returfluid fra borehullet til en udgang af RCD’en; og monitorering af parameteret under boring af borehullet, hvor RF-signalet transmitteres gennem det ledende væskemiljø.
- 14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter monitorering af en signalstyrke for RF-signalet for at bestemme, om den roterende sektion (105) slingrer under boring.
- 15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13 eller 14, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter anvendelse af parameteret til forudsigelse af svigt af RCD.
