Claims (4)

1. Injektionsnåleaggregat med modstående distal og proksimal ende, og hvor aggregatet omfatter: - en injektionsnål (46) med en proksimal (48) og en distal (50) spids ende, hvor den distale, spidse ende (50) er indrettet til at penetrere en membran anbragt ved den proksimale ende af en lægemiddelbeholder; - en rørformet nåleholder (40), der delvis omslutter og er fast forbundet til injektionsnålen (46), hvilken nåleholder (40) på sin ydre periferiflade omfatter lister (44) på et distalt område og udskæringer (54) på et proksimalt område; - en rørformet hætte (26) omfattende en distal del (28) med et beholderfastgøringsmiddel (30) og en proksimal del (32) med bajonetfattende fordybninger (60) på sin ydre periferioverflade, hvilken rørformet hætte yderligere omfatter en central gennemgang (34) med bajonetfattende fordybninger (36, 38) på sin indre periferiflade beregnet til modtagelse af nåleholderens (40) lister (44); - et rørformet nåledække (12), der på sin indre periferiflade har første lister (52) indrettet til samvirken med nåleholderens (40) udskæringer (54), og andre lister (58) indrettet til samvirken med hættens (26) bajonetfattende fordybninger (60), kendetegnet ved, at nåledækket (12) er indrettet til forskydning aksialt ved lineær forskydning i en distal retning i forhold til hætten (26) med de andre lister (58) på nåledækket (12) langs hættens (26) bajonetfattende fordybninger (60), hvor nåleholderen (40) forskydes aksialt i distal retning på grund af indgrebet mellem nåledækkets (12) første lister (52) og nåleholderens (40) udskæringer (54), således at nåledækket (12) bliver snoet, hvorved nåleholderen (40) bliver snoet, hvor de andre lister (58) på nåleholderen (40) går i indgreb med tværgående sektioner af hættens (26) bajonetfattende fordybninger (60) og proksimal forskydning af nåleholderen (40) forhindres, og hvorved snoningen tillader proksimal forskydning og fjernelse af nåledækket (12).
2. Injektionsnåleaggregat ifølge krav 1, hvor den distale del (28) af hætten (26) er enten fastgjort til den proksimale ende af beholderen eller fastgjort til både den proksimale ende af beholderen og til en husdel eller beholdergriber af en afgivelsesindretning ved hjælp af beholderfastgøringsmidlet (30).
3. Injektionsnåleaggregat ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 -2, hvor den distale, spidse ende af injektionsnålen (46) holdes steril i kraft af det beskyttende overtræk (20).
4. Lægemiddelbeholder omfattende et injektionsnåleaggregat ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 -3.
