Claims (12)
1. Ambulatorisk medicinsk indretning, omfattende: a) en indretningscontroller (80), hvilken indretningscontroller (80) er konfigureret til at styre brugen af den ambulatoriske medicinske indretning, b) en alarmcontroller (100), hvilken alarmcontroller (100) omfatter en engangsovervågningsenhed (110) og er konfigureret til • at bestemme, baseret på overvågning afen udnyttelsesgrad afen første engangsenhed med engangsovervågningsenheden (110), et første alarminterval, hvilket første alarminterval reflekterer en tidligst og en senest udnyttelsesgrad til udskiftning af den første engangsenhed, hvilket således definerer et tidligste tidspunkt og et seneste tidspunkt for en alarmgenerering grundet snarlig udnyttelse af den første engangsenhed som en første alarmårsag, • at bestemme, baseret på overvågning afen udnyttelsesgrad afen yderligere engangsenhed med engangsovervågningsenheden (110), et yderligere alarminterval, hvilket yderligere alarminterval reflektereren tidligste og en seneste udnyttelsesgrad til udskiftning af den anden engangsenhed, hvilket således definerer et tidligste tidspunkt og et seneste tidspunkt for en alarmgenerering grundet snarlig udnyttelse af den anden engangsenhed som en yderligere alarmårsag, • at påvise et overlapinterval af det første alarminterval og det yderligere alarminterval, • at bestemme et alarmtidspunkt i overlapintervallet, • at generere en alarmudløser på alarmtidspunktet, c) en indikator (30, 33, 35), hvilken indikator (30, 33, 35) er konfigureret til at generere en alarm efter generering af alarmudløseren, hvor alarmen er en fælles alarm for den første alarmårsag og den yderligere alarmårsag og hvor indikatoren (30, 33, 35) er konfigureret til at indikere den første alarmårsag og den yderligere alarmårsag.
2. Ambulatorisk medicinsk indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at alarmudløseren er genereret ved afslutningen af et hvilket som helst af henholdsvis alarmintervallet eller det yderligere alarminterval.
3. Ambulatorisk medicinsk indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved den første engangsenhed er en hvilken som helst af en energilagring (85), en lægemiddelbeholder (20), et infusionsrør (25), en infusionskanyle (27), en ventil, en forsegling eller en glukosemålingssonde.
4. Ambulatorisk medicinsk indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved alarmcontrolleren (100) er konfigureret til at bestemme alarmtidspunktet baseret på et alarmkriterie, hvilket alarmkriterie omfatter en tidsafhængig brugergodkendelse af alarmgenereringen.
5. Ambulatorisk medicinsk indretning ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved en brugergodkendelseslagring (150), hvilken brugergodkendelseslagring (150) er konfigureret til at lagre en brugergodkendelsesprofil, hvilken brugergodkendelsesprofil er tegn på brugergodkendelsen af alarmgenereringen som en funktion af tiden.
6. Ambulatorisk medicinsk indretning ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved indretningskontrolleren (80) er konfigureret til at lagre en log, og alarmcontrolleren er konfigureret til at modificere brugergodkendelsesprofilen baseret på data lagret i loggen.
7. Ambulatorisk medicinsk indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 4 til krav 6, kendetegnet ved en brugergrænseflade (50) og/eller en datagrænseflade (90, 95), hvor alarmcontrolleren (100') er konfigureret til midlertidigt at modificere brugergodkendelsen af alarmgenereringen i overensstemmelse med data tilvejebragt via brugergrænsefladen (50) og/eller datagrænsefladen (90, 95).
8. Ambulatorisk medicinsk indretning ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved brugergrænsefladen (50) og/eller datagrænsefladen (90, 95) er konfigureret til at modtage data, der definerer et modificeringstidsinterval, og alarmcontrolleren (100, 100') er konfigureret til at modificere brugergodkendelsen af alarmgenereringen for dette modificeringstidsinterval.
9. Ambulatorisk medicinsk indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 4 til krav 8, kendetegnet ved alarmcontrolleren (100, 100') er konfigureret til at modificere brugergodkendelsen af alarmgenereringen ved mindst en forekomst af en brugerinteraktion med den ambulatoriske medicinske indretning, forekomsten af en fejltilstand og løsningen af en fejltilstand.
10. Ambulatorisk medicinsk indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 4 til krav 9, kendetegnet ved alarm controlleren er konfigureret til at påvise et overlapinterval af høj brugergodkendelse for alarmgenereringen og et alarminterval, hvor alarmkriteriet er tilvejebragt således, at alarmudløseren er genereret i overlapintervallet.
11. Ambulatorisk medicinsk indretning ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved at alarmkriteriet er defineret således, at alarmudløseren genereres, når et overlap interval af et alarminterval og et interval med høj brugergodkendelse for alarmgenereringen slutter.
12. Ambulatorisk medicinsk indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved en forudsigelsesenhed (140), hvilken forudsigelsesenhed (140) er konfigureret til at forudsige mindst et af et alarminterval eller et alarmtidspunkt.
