Claims (6)
1. Flydbart vindkraftanlæg ("A") i form af en installation, som er relateret til et vandlegeme ("V") til dannelse af forudsætninger ud fra en fremherskende vindstyrke til generering af elektrisk effekt, hvilket anlæg omfatter: a) individuelle, men forbundne pontonenheder (1, 2, 3), som kan flyde i et vandlegeme ("V"), b) mindst to vindmøller (4, 4a, 4b, 4c), som er anbragt tilstødende hinanden, c) et fortøjringssystem ("M"), som er solidt forankret til et begrænset bundareal ("B") af vandlegemet ("V"), d) en generatorenhed ("G"), som kan være drevet af møllemes (4, 4a, 4b, 4c) rotationsbevægelse til generering af den elektriske effekt, e) en kabelsektion ("K"), som på den ene side er forbundet med generatorenheden ("G") og på den anden side med et landbaseret fordelingsnetværk til fordeling af den genererede elektriske effekt, hvor mindst to af pontonenhederne (1, 2) er i form af stolper (Γ, 2') og forbundet med en vandret orienteret bærebjælkekonstruktion (5) til dannelse af en i det væsentlige lodret orienteret første rammekonstmktion (21), hvor møllerne (4 - 4c) er anbragt side om side på bærebjælkekonstmktionen (5), hvor en tredje af pontonenhederne omfatter en stander (3) og en i det væsentlige horisontalt orienteret anden rammekonstmktion (22), hvor den første rammekonstmktion (21) og den anden rammekonstmktion (22) er forenede med hinanden, og hvor standeren (3) er anbragt i en afstand fra et plan ("P"), som indeholder den første rammekonstmktion (21), og den tredje pontonenhed kan fastgøres til fortøjrings systemet ("M") over et anløbspunkt (7), hvor vindkraftanlægget omfatter et styreudstyr (100), som er tilpasset til at styre vindkraftanlæggets ("A") position som reaktion på en fremherskende vindretning ("W"), således at vindmøllerne (4 - 4c) rettes mod vindretningen og vindens øje ved at dreje det flydbare vindkraftanlæg som et hele, og hvor der som inputdata til styreudstyret (100) indføres relevant vindretning (63al), relevant vindstyrke (63a2) og relevant position (63a4) af vindkraftanlægget, og hvor udgangsdata fra styreudstyret (100) genereres over styreudstyret (100) via tildelte beregningskredsløb og lagrede algoritmer (64d), hvor: vindkraftanlægget endvidere omfatter et middel ("B3") til vandret forskydning af anløbspunktet (7) til fortøjringssystemet ("M") med henblik på at frembringe en drejning af det flydende vindkraftanlæg som et hele.
2. Vindkraftanlæg ifølge krav 1, hvor anløbspunktet (7) er tildelt til en øvre del af fortøjrings systemet ("M").
3. Vindkraftanlæg ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som endvidere omfatter: et beregningskredsløb (64a), som tilhører styreudstyret (100) og er tilpasset til at påvirke et arrangement (62) til regulering af propelbladenes (4b 1, 4b2) rotationsbevægelse under rotation, og et første middel (62a), som er indrettet til at tildele propelbladene (4b 1, 4b2) forskellige hældningsindstillinger under én omdrejning.
4. Vindkraftanlæg ifølge krav 3, hvor arrangementet (62) er tilpasset til at dreje propelbladene (4b 1, 4b2) til en første hældningsindstilling under en del af hele deres nedadrettede bevægelse og er tilpasset til at dreje propelbladene (4b 1, 4b2) til en anden hældningsindstilling under en del af hele deres opadgående bevægelse.
5. Vindkraftanlæg ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 3 eller 4, hvor arrangementet (62) kan styres af styreudstyret (100) til generering af et udgangssignal (63b 1; 63b4) til ændring af propelbladenes (4b 1, 4b2) hældningsindstilling og/eller vindkraftanlæggets position mod maksimeret genereret elektrisk effekt som reaktion på inputsignaler i form af relevant vindkraft (63a2), propelbladets (4b 1, 4b2) vinkelposition (63a6) i forhold til dets nav, propelbladets (4b 1, 4b2) hældningsprofil og/eller relevante forstyrrelser.
6. Vindkraftanlæg ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 3-5, hvor arrangementet (62) er tilpasset til at aktiveres af styreudstyret (100) ved fordelingen af vindhastigheden i propelbladets (4b 1, 4b2) rotationsfelt.
