Claims (8)

1. Kateter (1) beregnet til anvendelse til postkonditioneringsbehandling, hvilket kateter (1) omfatter: et aflangt rørformet legeme (4) med en proksimal og en distal ende, mindst én dilatationsballon (2), der er disponeret på ydersiden af det rørformede legeme (4), et middel til fyldning og/eller tømning af dilatationsballonen (2) , der omfatter et første lumen (5), og mindst én reguleringsballon (3) , der er disponeret proksimalt og/eller distalt for dilatationsballonen (2), og et middel til fyldning og/eller tømning af reguleringsballonen (3) , der omfatter et andet lumen (6), der er kendetegnet ved, at kateteret omfatter mindst én strømningssensor, der er placeret distalt for ballonerne, og reguleringsballonen (3) er fremstillet af et andet materiale end dilatationsballonen (2) , og materialet i reguleringsballonen (3) er mere elastisk end materialet i dilatationsballonen (2) .
2. Kateter (1) ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved, at en strømning af en fluid kan tilpasses kontinuerligt ved fyldning af reguleringsballonen (3).
3. Kateter (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, der er kendetegnet ved, at kateteret (1) omfatter mindst én tryksensor til måling af fyldningstrykket i dilatationsballonen og/eller reguleringsballonen.
4. Kateter (1) ifølge et af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at kateteret omfatter en styreanordning til at styre fyldningen eller tømningen af dilatationsballonen (2) og/eller reguleringsballonen (3) i forhold til den målte strømning af en fluid og/eller i forhold til det målte tryk.
5. Kateter (1) ifølge et af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at midlet til fyldning og/eller tømning af reguleringsballonen (3) omfatter en styrbar automatisk drevet pumpe.
6. Kateter (1) ifølge krav 5, der er kendetegnet ved, at pumpen styres i forhold til det målte fyldningstryk i reguleringsballonen.
7. Kateter (1) ifølge et af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at kateteret omfatter et middel til lokal fremføring af et lægemiddel.
8. Kateter (1) ifølge krav 7, der er kendetegnet ved, at midlet til lokal fremføring af et lægemiddel omfatter et separat lumen i det rørformede legeme eller en coating på ballonen eller fremføring via porer i ballonen.
