Claims (7)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af syntetisk gas af biomasse ved højtemperaturforgasning, omfattende: at tilføre tørret biomasse som råmateriale til en forkulningsovn, at forkulle og pulverisere et trækul til trækulspulver og at udstøde trækulspulveret til en forgasningsovn til forgasning, kendetegnet ved, at - produkterne fra forkulningsovnen er pyrolysegas omfattende CO, H2, C02, H20 og CH4 og trækul, - pyrolysegas fremstillet af forkulningsovnen anvendes som en transportgas i et transportrør til at udstøde trækulspulveret til forgasningsovnen, og - trækulspulvertransporten styres ved at styre mængden af pyrolysegassen, hvor pyrolysegassen fremstillet i forkulningsovnen filtreres, og en del af den rensede pyrolysegas strømmer ind i en varmeindretning via en styreventil, opvarmes til en temperatur mellem 550 og 650 °C og strømmer ind i en ejektor til trækulspulver, - fastgasforholdet i transportrøret mellem en blanding af trækulspulver og pyrolysegas, der transporterer det udstødte trækulspulver under anvendelse af pyrolysegassen som en transportgas, styres til mellem 0,03 og 0,45m3/m3 ved at justere åbningen af styreventilen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at forud for pulveriseringen afkøles højtemperaturtrækullet ved udgangen af forkulningsovnen til mellem 60 og 200 °C med en køler, trækullet reduceres til et normalt tryk ved hjælp af et trykfaldsfødningssystem til trækul, pulveriseres til pulvere og transporteres til et trykfødingssystem til trækulspulver med normaltryktransportgas, og det tryksatte trækulspulver transporteres til forgasningsovnen.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den yderligere omfatter et trin med fluidisering, inden trækulspulveret transporteres til forgasningsovnen, og trækulspulveret fluidiseres med ekstern brændgas.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at forkulningen foregår via direkte forbrænding af ekstern brændgas og ilt i forkulningsovnen, en temperatur af en brænderdyse i forkulningsovnen styres ved at justere forholdet mellem mængden af brændgas og ilt; en temperatur af forkulningsovnen styres ved at justere mængden af ilt og giver pyrolysegas og trækul fra forkulningsovnen.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at temperaturen af forkulningsovnen styres til mellem 400 °C og 600 °C ved at justere mængden af ilt; temperaturen af brænderdysen i forkulningsovnen styres til mellem 1200 °C og 1800 °C ved at justere indføringsmængden af ekstern brændgas til mere end 1 og mindre end 5 gange den, der kræves til en fuldkommen forbrænding med ekstern ilt.
6. System til fremstilling af syntetisk gas fra biomasse ved højtemperaturforgasning under anvendelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1-5, der omfatter et trykfødningssystem til biomasse (2); en forkulningsovn (3) med mindst en brænderdyse (6); et pulveriseringssystem (23); en ejektor til trækulspulver (16); en gasgenerator (35); et pneumatisk transportsystem (26); kendetegnet ved, at - det yderligere omfatter en indgang til biomasse (1) til indføring af tørret biomasse i trykfødningssystemet til biomasse (2); - trykfødningssystemet til biomasse (2) er forbundet med forkulningsovnen (3), - et brændgasrør (4) til ladning af ekstern brændgas og et iltrør (5) til ladning af ekstern ilt er anbragt på forkulningsovnen (3); - et trækulsudgang i forkulningsovnen (3) er forbundet med en trækulskøler (19), - trækulskøleren (19) er forbundet med et trykfaldsfødningssystem til trækul (21), - trykfaldsfødningssystemet til trækul (21) er forbundet med pulveriseringssystemet (23), - pulveriseringssystemet (23) er forbundet med et pneumatisk normaltryk-transportsystem (26) via et trækulspulverrør (24), - en udgang af det pneumatiske normaltrykfødningssystem (26) er forbundet med et trykfødningssystem til trækulspulver (28), - en udgang i trykfødningssystemet til trækul (28) er forbundet med en ejek-tor til trækulspulver (16), - ejektoren (16) til trækulspulver er forbundet med henholdsvis et pyrolyse-gasrør og et trækulspulverrør, hvor en udgang til pyrolysegassen er anbragt på toppen af forkulningsovnen (3) og er forbundet med gasgeneratoren (35), - et filter (7) er anbragt ved udgangen til pyrolysegassen, en indgang til rensegas fra filteret (7) er forbundet med brændgasrøret (8), en udgang i filteret (7) til renset pyrolysegas er forbundet med en buffertank (10) via et rør (9), - en ledning i udgangen i buffertanken (10) er forbundet med en varmeind-retning (14) via et rør (11) og en styreventil (13), og varmeindretningen (14) er forbundet med ejektoren til trækulspulver (16), og - den anden ledning i buffertanken (10) er forbundet med gasgeneratoren (35).
7. System ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at udgangen i trykfødningssystemet til trækulspulver (28) er forbundet med en ejektor til trækulspulver (16) via en fluidiseringsindretning (30).
