Claims (15)
- VAGINAL ANORDNING Patentkrav1. Vaginal anordning (1) af et elastisk materiale, hvilken vaginale anordning (1) omfatter en længdegående del (2) med cn geometrisk midtcrlinjc (3), en øvre ende (4) og en nedre ende (5), og hvilken vaginale anordning (1) er beregnet til at blive indsat fast fikseret i en vagina, idet den øvre ende (4) er det inderste af den vaginale anordning (1) i vagina under brug, til støtte mod urethra gennem vaginalvæggen til forebyggelse af urinær stressinkontinens hos en kvinde, hvor den vaginale anordning (1) omfatter mindst én understøtningsdel (6), der rager frem fra den længdegående del (2), hvilken mindst ene understøtningsdel (6) er beregnet til at støtte mod urethra gennem vaginalvæggen på et sted, der er placeret mellem tæt på det maksimale uretrale trykpunkt og blærehalsen, og hvor den vaginale anordning (1) også omfatter en referencedel (7) med en højre fremragende ende (12) og en venstre fremragende ende (13), der rager frem fra den længdegående del (2) i den nedre ende (5), idet den højre fremragende ende (12) er konfigureret til at fiksere mod perineum, og den venstre fremragende ende (13) er rettet mod clitoris men ikke når denne, hvilken referencedel (7) under brug er fikseret mod den vaginale introitus og holder den vaginale anordning (1) fast fikseret inde i vagina, hvilket sikrer, at den mindst ene understøtningsdel (6) støtter mod urethra gennem vaginalvæggen på det tilsigtede sted, der er placeret mellem tæt på det maksimale uretrale trykpunkt og blærehalsen.
- 2. Vaginal anordning (1) ifølge krav 1, hvor det elastiske materiale er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af polyurethan, silikonegummi, latexgummi, polystyren-copolymermaterialer og naturlig gummi eller kombinationer deraf.
- 3. Vaginal anordning (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den mindst ene understøtningsdel (6) er elastisk i en radial retning.
- 4. Vaginal anordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor den mindst ene understøtningsdel (6) rager frem hele vejen rundt om den længdegående del (2).
- 5. Vaginal anordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor den vaginale anordning (1) omfatter mindst én perforering, der går gennem den mindst ene understøtningsdel (6).
- 6. Vaginal anordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor den mindst ene understøtningsdel (6) rager frem hele vejen rundt om den længdegående del (2) og er i det væsentlige cirkulær i et plan vinkelret på den geometriske midterlinje (3).

- 8. Vaginal anordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor den længdegående del (2) er cirkulær og har en diameter på 10-20 mm.
- 9. Vaginal anordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor den længdegående del (2) har en længde på 50-90 mm fra den nedre ende (5) til den øvre ende (4).
- 10. Vaginal anordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor den øvre ende (4) har en rund form og har en afstand på 10-45 mm til det øverste af den mindst ene understøtningsdel (8) i den geometriske midterlinje (3).
- 11. Vaginal anordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor afstanden fra den nedre ende (5) af den længdegående del (2) til midten (9) af det nederste af den mindst ene understøtningsdel (10) i den geometriske midterlinje (3) er 20-55 mm.
- 12. Vaginal anordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor den længdegående del (2) er hul fra den nedre ende (5) mod den øvre ende (4), men ikke gennem den øvre ende (4).
- 13. Vaginal anordning (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor den vaginale anordning (1) omfatter mindst to understøtningsdele (6), der rager frem fra den længdegående del (2), hvilke mindst to understøtningsdele (6) rager frem separat fra hinanden langs den længdegående del (2), og alle mindst to understøtningsdele (6) er beregnet til at støtte mod urethra gennem vaginalvæggen på steder, der er placeret mellem tæt på det maksimale uretrale trykpunkt og blærehalsen.
