Claims (6)

1. Medikamentafgivelsesindretning (10), der omfatter: - et hovedsagelig aflangt, rørformet hus, som omfatter en frontpart (12) og en bagpart (14); - en medikamentbeholder (22), der er placeret i frontparten, hvor beholderen har en frontåbning med eller til et afgivelseselement til afgivelse af medikamentet derigennem; - et medikamentafgivelsesdrivmodul, der omfatter en kraftkilde (26) og en stempelstang (28), der er indrettet til at blive ført mellem en spændt position og en udløst position i medikamentbeholderen (22) med en bestemt hastighed; - en manuelt betjent afgivelseskontroller (30), der er indrettet til at blive ført mellem en låst position, hvor en udløsemekanisme i den manuelt betjente afgivelseskontroller holder medikamentafgivelsesdrivmodulet i sin spændte position, og en udløsende position, hvor udløsemekanismen udløser medikamentafgivelsesdrivmodulet; kendetegnet ved, at den manuelt betjente afgivelseskontroller (30) yderligere er indrettet til at bevæge sig mellem udløsepositionen og en styreposition, hvor en styrehastighedsmekanisme i den manuelt betjente afgivelseskontroller samvirker med medikamentafgivelsesdrivmodulet for at styre hastigheden af medikamentafgivelsesdrivmodulet og dermed medikamentafgivelseshastigheden, hvor den manuelt betjente afgivelseskontroller omfatter et scrollehjulsegment (30), der raget lidt ud gennem en åbning (34) på siden af bagparten (14), og hvor scrollehjulsegmentet (30) er indrettet til at kunne dreje omkring en akse (32).
2. Afgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 1, hvor udløsemekanismen er en ansats (36) på scrollehjulsegmentet (30), der samvirker med forenden af stempelstangen, således at når forenden af stempelstangen (28) hviler på ansatsen (36), så bliver medikamentafgivelsesdrivmodulet holdt i sin spændte position; og når scrollehjulsegmentet (30) bliver ført fra den spændte position til udløsepositionen, går ansatsen (36) ud af indgreb med forenden af stempelstangen, og drivorganet bliver ført fra den spændte position til udløsepositionen.
3. Afgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor styrehastighedsmekanismen er en kontaktflade (38) på scrollehjulsegmentet (30), der samvirker med en sideflade på stempelstangen (28), således at når scrollehjulsegmentet føres fra udløsepositionen til styrepositionen, skaber kontaktfladen (38) kontakt med sidefladen på stempelstangen (28) for at styre hastigheden af medikamentafgivelsesdrivmodulet og dermed medikamentafgivelseshastigheden.
4. Afgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 3, hvor kontaktfladen (38) er indrettet med friktionsfremmende organer.
5. Afgivelsesindretning ifølge ethvert foregående krav, hvor scrollehjulsegmentet (30) omfatter en manuelt betjent overflade (35), der er indrettet med friktionsfremmende organer.
6. Afgivelsesindretning ifølge ethvert foregående krav, hvor afgivelseselementet er en nål (18) eller en dyse.
