Claims (13)

1. Fremgangsmåde til omdannelse af biomassemateriale, der omfatter mineraler, til en stabiliseret bioolie, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene (i) at udsætte biomassematerialet for et opløsningsmiddel under betingelser, der muliggør ekstraktion af mindst en del af mineralerne fra biomassematerialet; (ii) at omdanne mindst en del af biomassematerialet til en pyrolytisk olie med partikler af metalforbindelser suspenderet deri; og (iii) at fjerne mindst en del af de suspenderede metalforbindelser fra den pyrolytiske olie med en væ-ske/faststof-separationsteknik til opnåelse af en bioolie med et reduceret metalindhold.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trin (ii) omfatter at opvarme biomassematerialet, og/eller pyrolytiske biomassedampe frembragt af biomassematerialet i nærvær af en katalysator.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor metalforbindelserne stammer mindst delvist fra katalysatoren.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trin (i) omfatter at bringe biomassematerialet i kontakt med et vandigt opløsningsmiddel eller en vandig opløsning ved en temperatur i området 20 til 120 °C.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor det vandige opløsningsmiddel eller den vandige opløsning omfatter enten en syre eller en base.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor trin (i) omfatter at gennemvæde biomassematerialet i det vandige opløsningsmiddel og fjerne det vandige opløsningsmiddel fra biomassematerialet ved mekanisk påvirkning.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst en del af metalforbindelserne er til stede i form af suspenderede partikler med en partikelstørrelse i området fra 1 nm til 100 pm.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor de suspenderede partikler har en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse fra 10 til 100 pm.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den pyrolytiske olie yderligere omfatter metal, der er chelateret af en eller flere bestanddele af den pyrolytiske olie.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trin (iii) omfatter centrifugering.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trin (iii) omfatter filtrering.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trin (iii) omfatter ekstraktion.
