Claims (6)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af guillotineventiler (1), der omfatter en glideplade (4), som kan glide gennem det indvendige af en rille (10) i kroppen (2) med henblik på at åbne eller lukke en cirkulær åbning og således styre gennemstrømningen i ventilen (1), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter et første trin til formning af en monolitisk metalkrop (2) ved hjælp af støbning, idet kroppen (2) har en cirkulær åbning i den centrale del, og hvilken fremgangsmåde er kendetegnet ved, at den yderligere omfatter følgende trin: - tildannelse af en rille i overdelen af kroppen (2), som indvendigt forbinder det centrale hul med overdelen, og - tildannelse af det indvendige af gennemgangshullet i kroppen (2) og rillen (10) ved hjælp af den indvendige del under anvendelse af bearbejdningsværktøj (8, 9) til dannelse af et hak (7) til indkapsling af et elastomert sæde (3), der er udformet til at rumme perimeteren af glidepladen (4), som kan glide gennem det indvendige af rillen (10) i kroppen (2) med henblik på at åbne eller lukke gennemgangshullet og således styre gennemstrømningen gennem ventilen (1).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved, at den yderligere omfatter fastgørelse af aktiveringsmidler (5) kroppens (2) overdel med henblik på at aktivere pladen (4), således at den glider sammen med sædet (3).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved, at den yderligere omfatter tildannelse af borehuller (6) i kroppen (2) omkring gennemgangshullet, hvilke borehuller er udformet til at rumme fastgørelsesmidler.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, der er kendetegnet ved, at den yderligere omfatter en gevindskæring i borehullerne (6).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter tildannelse af glidepladen (4) og hakket (7) i sædet (3) med henblik på at justere lukningen af ventilen (1).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter tilføjelse af en hætte til glideplanen (4) med henblik på at danne en tæt forsegling mellem glidepladens (4) overdel og kroppens (2) overdel.
