Claims (8)

1. Binauralt høreapparat (1), der omfatter et venstre-øre høreapparat (L), et højre-øre høreapparat (R) og en hjælpeanordning (S, B), hvor hver anordning (L, R, S, B) omfatter en radiosender (15) til at sende beskeder, hvor hvert høreapparat (L, R) omfatter en radiomodtager (16) til at modtage beskeder, hvor hjælpeanordningen (S, B) er indrettet til at sende applikationsmeddelelser (S1 - S4), hvor hvert af høreapparaterne (L, R) er indrettet til at modtage applikationsmeddelelser (S1 - S4) og at sende bekræftelses- og/eller ikke-bekræftelsesmeddelelser (A, N), der henholdsvis viser, hvorvidt applikationsmeddelelser (S1 - S4) blev korrekt modtaget eller ikke, hvor et første et af høreapparaterne (L) er indrettet til at sende og dermed transmittere modtagne applikationsmeddelelser (S2, S4), og et andet et af høreapparaterne (R) er indrettet til at modtage transmitterede applikationsmeddelelser (S2L, S4L), kendetegnet ved, at det første høreapparat (L) er indrettet til at transmittere modtagne applikationsmeddelelser (S2, S4) i afhængighed af ikke at modtage bekræftelsesmeddelelser (A), der er sendt af det andet høreapparat (R), og/eller at modtage ikke-bekræftelsesmeddelelser (N), der er sendt af det andet høreapparat (R).
2. Binauralt høreapparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at en delmængde af applikationsmeddelelserne (S1 - S4) omfatter adresseinformation, der specificerer en adressat, og ved at det første høreapparat (L) er indrettet til at transmittere modtagne applikationsmeddelelser (S2, S4) i afhængighed af, at adressaten er det andet høreapparat (R).
3. Binauralt høreapparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at det første høreapparat (L) yderligere er indrettet til at transmittere modtagne bekræftelses- og ikke-bekræftelsesmeddelelser (A, N).
4. Binauralt høreapparat ifølge hvilke som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at hver af anordningerne (L, R, S, B) yderligere er indrettet til kun at sende applikationsmeddelelser (S1 - S4, S2L, S4L) inden for tidsintervaller, der er tildelt denne anordning (L, R, S, B).
5. Fremgangsmåde til kommunikation ved hjælp af radiosignaler inden i et binauralt høreapparat (1), der omfatter et venstre-øre høreapparat (L), et højre-øre høreapparat (R) og en hjælpeanordning (S, B), hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter: at sende applikationsmeddelelser (S1 - S4) med hjælpeanordningen (S, B); at modtage applikationsmeddelelser (S1 - S4) med høreapparaterne (L, R); at sende bekræftelses- og/eller ikke-bekræftelsesmeddelelser (A, N), der henholdsvis viser, hvorvidt applikationsmeddelelser (S1 - S4) blev korrekt modtaget eller ikke af høreapparaterne (L, R); at sende og dermed transmittere modtagne applikationsmeddelelser (S2, S4) med et første et af høreapparaterne (L); og at modtage transmitterede applikationsmeddelelser (S2L, S4L) med et andet et af høreapparaterne (R), hvor fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter: at transmittere modtagne applikationsmeddelelser (S2, S4) med det første høreapparat (L) i afhængighed af ikke at modtage bekræftelsesmeddelelser (A), der er sendt af det andet høreapparat (R), og/eller at modtage ikke-bekræftelsesmeddelelser (N), der er sendt af det andet høreapparat (R).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter: i en delmængde af applikationsmeddelelserne (S1 - S4) tilvejebringelse af adresseinformation, der specificerer en adressat; og transmittere modtagne applikationsmeddelelser (S2, S4) med det første høreapparat (L) i afhængighed af, at adressaten er det andet høreapparat (R).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5 eller 6, kendetegnet ved, at fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter at transmittere modtagne bekræftelses- og ikke-bekræftelsesmeddelelser (A, N) med det første høreapparat (L).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge hvilke som helst af de foregående krav 5 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter kun at sende applikationsmeddelelser (S1 - S4, S2L, S4L) inden for tidsintervaller, der er tildelt sendeanordningen (L, R, S, B).
