Claims (10)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysator, som omfatter mindst ét metal M fra platingruppen, tin, en phosphorpromotor, en halogenforbindelse, en porøs bærer af alumina og mindst én promotor XI valgt fra gruppen bestående af gallium, indium, antimon, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: a) indføring af promotoren eller promotorerne XI og phosphor i en foruddannet sol af aluminaprecursor og derpå formning af bæreren, b) indføring af tin under indføringen af promotoren eller promotorerne XI og phosphor i trin a) og før formningen af bæreren, idet trin a) og b) er samtidige, c) tørring af det ved afslutningen af trin b) opnåede produkt, d) kalcinering af det i trin c) opnåede produkt ved en temperatur på mellem 350 og 650°C, e) deponering af mindst ét metal M fra platingruppen, f) tørring under en strøm af neutral gas eller en oxygenholdig gasstrøm ved en moderat temperatur, som ikke overstiger 150°C, g) kalcinering af det i trin f) opnåede produkt ved en temperatur på mellem 350 og 650°C.
2. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysator ifølge krav 1, hvor atomforholdet Sn/M er på mellem 0,5 og 4,0.
3. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor forholdet Xl/M er på mellem 0,1 og 5,0.
4. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor forholdet P/M er på mellem 0,2 og 30,0.
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor indholdet af metallet M er på mellem 0,01 og 5 vægtprocent.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor metallet M er platin eller palladium.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor halogenforbindelsen er valgt fra gruppen bestående af fluor, chlor, brom og iod.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor indholdet af halogenforbindelsen er på mellem 0,1 og 15,0 vægtprocent.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor halogenforbindelsen er chlor, og indholdet af chlor er på mellem 0,1 og 5,0 vægtprocent.
10. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor tinnet kun delvist kan indføres i trin b) , hvilken fremgangsmåde så omfatter et supplerende trin til deponering af en yderligere fraktion af tinnet på bæreren, enten mellem trin d) og e), eventuelt efterfulgt af en tørring og en kalcinering, eller mellem trin e) og f) , eller efter trin g), efterfulgt af en tørring og en kalcinering.
