Claims (9)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af carbonhydridbestanddele, omfattende: at tilvejebringe en terpentilførsel udvalgt fra en gruppe bestående af rå sulfatterpentin afledt fra en proces til kraftpapir-pulpning af træ, rå terpentin afledt fra mekanisk pulpning af træ, destillationsrester fra terpentindestillation, terpentin fordampet fra rå tallolie, svovlholdige C5- til C10-carbonhydridstrømme fra træforarbejdning og blandinger deraf; at udsætte terpentilførslen og en hydrogengas for et hydrogeneringstrin ved et temperaturområde fra 330 °C til 425 °C og ved et tryk på 10 til 150 bar i nærvær af en hydroafsvovlingskatalysator udvalgt blandt en af følgende: NiO/MoC>3, C0O/M0O3 og en blanding af NiO/MoC>3 og C0O/M0O3 på en bærer udvalgt blandt AI2O3 og AI2O3-S1O2 til fremstilling af carbonhydridkomponenter.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor terpentilførslen er rå sulfatterpentin afledt fra en proces til kraftpapir-pulpning af træ.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, yderligere omfattende et eller flere af følgende trin: at tilføre et en svovltilførsel til hydrogeneringstrinnet, at udsætte carbonhydridkomponenterne for separation til separering af fraktionerne benzin, diesel, nafta og jetbrændstof-område-carbonhydrid, at cirkulere mindst en del af carbonhydrid-komponenterne tilbage til terpentilførslen og/eller til hydrogeneringstrinnet og at udsætte carbonhydridkomponenterne for et hydrogensulfidfjernelsestrin til fjernelse af eventuelt resterende hydrogensulfid fra blandingen.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor hydrogeneringstrinnet udføres ved en temperatur på 400 °C.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor hydrogeneringstrinnet udføres ved et tryk på 20 til 70 bar, fortrinsvis ved 25 til 50 bar.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor forholdet H2-tilførsel til svovltilførsel holdes på over 0,0001.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor forholdet H2-tilførsel til terpentintilførsel ligger i området fra 100 til 1500 Nl/I, fortrinsvis i området fra 100 til 350 Nl/I, mere foretrukket i området fra 100 til 300 Nl/I.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor pumpehastigheden for terpentilførslen WHSV, målt i overensstemmelse med følgende ligning: W5V[F]= Vfied[g/h] ^culu(yn([g\ hvor Vfeed[gih] betyder en pumpehastighed for tilførslen af rå terpentin, og mcata- iyst[g] betyder en mængde af katalysatoren; ligger i området 0,5 til 10, fortrinsvis i området 1 til 5,5.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor WHSV er fra 2 til 3,5, og temperaturen er over 330 °C.
