Claims (7)

1. Varmeisolerende plade fremstillet afen polystyrenpartikelskum, hvor polystyrenpartikelskummen indeholder mindst ét athermant materiale, der har overvejende absorberende eller overvejende remitterende, især reflekterende egenskaber i forhold til infrarød stråling, og hvor polystyrenpartikelskummen indeholder polystyrenpartikler, der i hvert tilfælde er doteret med mindst to forskellige athermane materialer, hvor et første athermant materiale er inkorporeret indvendigt og et andet athermant materiale er påført udvendigt, kendetegnet ved at det athermant materiale påført udvendigt til polystyrenpartiklerne er synligt på en visuelt kendelig måde på mindst én snitflade af den varmeisolerende plade som et net-lignende mønster sammenlignet med snitfladerne af de individuelle polystyrenpartikler, hvor det net-lignende mønster syner mindre lyse end snitfladerne af de individuelle polystyrenpartikler.
2. Varmeisolerende plade ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at polystyrenpartikelskum indeholder kulstof, fx carbon black og/eller grafit, aluminiumpulver, et andet metalpulver, metaloxider, ikke-metaloxider, organiske farvestoffer og/eller farvepigmenter som athermant materiale.
3. Varmeisolerende plade ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at polystyrenpartikelskum i kernematerialet og/eller i coatingen af kernematerialet indeholder yderligere additiver og/eller hjælpemidler, såsom brandhæmmende midler, krystallisationsfremmende stoffer, adhæsionsfremmere, især bindemidler, UV-stabiliseringsmidler, plastificeringsmidler, antioxidanter og/eller syrefangere.
4. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en varmeisolerende plade ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor polystyrenpartiklerne, i det indvendige af hvilke et første athermant materiale allerede er inkorporeret, coates med et andet athermant materiale og er derefter forskummes, hvor overtrækket kan udføres med et andet athermant materiale, også efter forskumningen, i hvilken de forskummede polystyrenpartikler coatet med et andet athermant materiale også svejses under indflydelse af tryk og/eller varme for at danne en formet artikel og den hærdede formede artikel adskilles ved skæring, kendetegnet ved at polystyrenpartiklerne i det indvendige af hvilke et første athermant materiale med overvejende remitterende, især reflekterende egenskaber i forhold til infrarød stråling anvendes som udgangsmateriale, og et andet athermant materiale med overvejende absorberende egenskaber i forhold til infrarød stråling anvendes til coatingen af polystyrenpartiklerne.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved at kulstof, fx carbon black eller grafit, aluminiumpulver, et andet metalpulver, metaloxider, ikke-metaloxider, organiske farvestoffer og/eller farvepigmenter anvendes som athermant materiale.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 4 eller 5, kendetegnet ved at polystyrenpartiklerne og/eller et coatingmateriale anvendes der indeholder additiver og/eller hjælpemidler, såsom brandhæmmende midler, krystallisationsfremmende stoffer, adhæsionsfremmere, især bindemidler, UV-stabiliseringsmidler, plastificeringsmidler, antioxidanter og/eller syrefangere.
7. Anvendelse af en varmeisolerende plade ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3 som en gipsbæreplade i et varmeisolerende kompositsystem, hvor snitfladen af den varmeisolerende plade, på hvilken det athermane materiale påføres udvendigt til polystyrenpartiklerne er synlige som et net-lignende mønster, anvendes til at modtage et monolags- eller flerlagsgipsdækning.
