Claims (4)

1. Antimikrobiel og sårhelende farmaceutisk sammensætning til udvendig påføring og indeholdende antibiotisk fosfomycin som terapeutisk middel, kendetegnet ved, at den er fremstillet i form af pulver og indeholder fint fordelt nanostruktu-reret kiselsyre i vægtforholdet fosfomycin : fint spredt nanostruktureret kiselsyre (25-75 vægt-%) : (75-25 vægt-%).
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at procentdelen af fint spredte nanostrukturerede kiselsyrepartikler med en størrelse < 5μ er mindst 40%.
3. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en antimikrobiel og sårhelende farmaceutisk sammensætning til udvendig påføring, omfattende blanding af fosfomycin med andre komponenter, kendetegnet ved, at fosfomycinet i form af pulver blandes med pulverlignende fint spredt nanostruktureret kiselsyre i vægtforholdet fosfomycin til fint spredt nanostruktureret kiselsyre på (25-75 vægt-%) : (75-25 vægt-%), og den opnåede blanding underkastes en mekanisk behandling ved slagpåvirkning og slibning.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at blandingen underkastes en mekanisk behandling ved slagpåvirkning og slibning, sådan at procentdelen af fint spredte nanostrukturerede kiselsyrepartikler med en størrelse på < 5μ er mindst 40%.
