Claims (9)
1. Forbindelse med en struktur, der er valgt blandt gruppen bestående af

5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, der endvidere omfatter: at udsætte internukleotidbindingen for et oxiderende og afbeskyttende middel.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4 eller 5, der endvidere omfatter: at gentage trinnet at bringe i kontakt mindst en gang.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 6, der endvidere omfatter: at fjerne den 2’-hydroxylbeskyttende gruppe.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 7, hvor nukleosidresten med den ubeskyttede hydroxylgruppe er kovalent bundet til en fast bærer.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, der endvidere omfatter: at fraspalte nukleinsyren fra den faste bærer for at fremstille en fri nukleinsyre.
