Claims (13)

1. Loddeplade i aluminiumlegering med flere lag, der består af: et kernemateriale, som på den ene eller begge sider har et mellemlag, der består af en Al-Si-loddelegering anbragt mellem kernen og et tyndt dæklag oven på mellemlaget, hvor kernematerialet og dæklaget har en højere smeltetemperatur end Al-Si-loddelegeringen, hvor dæklaget består af Bi 0,01 til 1,0 vægt-%, Mg <0,05 vægt-%, fortrinsvis <0,01 vægt-%, mere fortrinsvis 0 % Mn <1,0 vægt-%, Cu <1,2 vægt-%, Fe <1,0 vægt-%, Si <4,0 vægt-%, fortrinsvis <2,0 vægt-% Ti <0,1 vægt-%, Zn <6 vægt-%, Sn <0,1 vægt-%, In <0,1 vægt-% og uundgåelige urenheder hver især i mængder under 0,05 vægt-% og et samlet indhold af urenheder på under 0,2 vægt-%, balancealuminium.
2. Loddeplade i aluminiumlegering ifølge krav 1, hvor dæklaget indeholder Bi i en mængde på 0,05 til 0,7 vægt-%.
3. Loddeplade i aluminiumlegering ifølge krav 1, hvor dæklaget indeholder Bi i en mængde på 0,07 til 0,5 vægt-%.
4. Loddeplade i aluminiumlegering ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 -3, hvor det tynde dæklag indeholder Si i en mængde på <1,9 vægt-%, fortrinsvis <1,65 vægt-%, mere fortrinsvis <1,4 vægt-% og mest fortrinsvis <0,9 vægt-%.
5. Loddeplade i aluminiumlegering ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-4, hvor Al-Si-loddelegeringen består af Si 5 til 14 vægt-%, fortrinsvis 7 til 13 vægt-%, mere fortrinsvis 10-12,5 vægt-%, Mg 0,01 til 5 vægt-%, fortrinsvis 0,05 til 2,5 vægt-%, mere fortrinsvis 0,1 til 2,0 vægt-%, Bi <1,5 vægt-%, fortrinsvis 0,05 til 0,5 vægt-%, mest fortrinsvis 0,07 til 0,3 vægt-%, Fe <0,8 vægt-% Cu <0,3 vægt-%, Mn <0,15 vægt-%, Zn <4 vægt-%, Sn <0,1 vægt-% Ln <0,1 vægt-% Sr <0,05 vægt-% og uundgåelige urenheder hver især i mængder under 0,05 vægt-% og et samlet indhold af urenheder på under 0,2 vægt-% og balancealuminium.
6. Loddeplade i aluminiumlegering ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-5, hvor Al-Si-loddelegeringen ikke indeholder Bi.
7. Loddeplade i aluminiumlegering ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-6, hvor kernen består af Mn 0,5-2,0 vægt-%, Cu <1,2 vægt-%, Fe <1,0 vægt-%, Si <1,0 vægt-%, Ti <0,2 vægt-%, Mg <2,5 vægt-%, fortrinsvis 0,03-2,0 vægt-% Zr, Cr, V og/eller Sc samlet set <0,2 vægt-% og uundgåelige urenheder hver især i mængder under 0,05 vægt-% og et samlet indhold af urenheder på under 0,2 vægt-% og balancealuminium.
8. Loddeplade i aluminiumlegering ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 -7, hvor mellemlaget og dæklaget er til stede på begge sider af kernen.
9. Loddeplade i aluminiumlegering ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-8, hvor dæklaget har en tykkelse på mellem 0,4 og 160 pm.
10. Loddeplade i aluminiumlegering ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 -9, hvor aluminiumloddepladens samlede tykkelse er mellem 0,04 og 4 mm.
11. Loddeplade i aluminiumlegering ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 -10, hvor tykkelsen på det tynde dæklag i forhold til mellemlaget er mellem 1 % og 40 %, mere fortrinsvis mellem 1 og 30 %, mest fortrinsvis mellem 10 og 30 %.
12. Loddeplade i aluminiumlegering ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-11, hvor tykkelsen på mellemlaget i forhold til tykkelsen på loddepladen af aluminiumlegering er 3 til 30 %.
13. Varmeveksler, som omfatter loddepladen af aluminiumlegeringen ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-12.
