Claims (17)

  1. - 1 -
    1. Genindstillelig drivmekanisme til en lægemiddelfremføringsanordning (1), der omfatter: 5 - en stempelstangsindretning (32), hvilken stempelstangsindretning (32) omfatter et styrespor (18), der løbet langs stempelstangsindretningen (32), hvilket styrespor (18) omfatter mindst én fremføringssektion (18A) og mindst én genindstillingssektion (18B), hvilken genindstillingssektion 10 (18B) er anbragt, så den fortsætter fremføringssektionen (18A), hvilken fremføringssektion (18A) omfatter mindst ét blokeringsmiddel (19), og - en interaktionsdel (23), hvilken interaktionsdel (23) er konfigureret til at samvirke med styresporet (18), 15 hvor stempelstangsindretningen (32) til fremføring af en dosis af et lægemiddel (24) er aksialt forskydelig i en dosisfremføringsretning væk fra en aksial startposition, idet interaktionsdelen (23) samvirker med fremføringssektionen (18A), og 20 hvor interaktionsdelen (23) til genindstilling af lægemiddelfremføringsanordningen (1) er konfigureret til at samvirke med genindstillingssektionen (18B), idet stempelstangsindretningen (32) forskydes aksialt mod den aksiale startposition, og blokeringsmidlet (19) forsættes i 25 forhold til interaktionsdelen (23) og passerer den aksiale position af interaktionsdelen (23), når stempelstangsindretningen (32) forskydes aksialt mod den aksiale startposition, og er kendetegnet ved, at blokeringsmidlet (19) passerer 30 interaktionsdelen (23), når stempelstangsindretningen (32) forskydes i dosisfremføringsretningen, idet aksial forskydning af stempelstangsindretningen (32) mod den aksiale startposition forhindres ved mekanisk interaktion mellem blokeringsmidlet (19) og interaktionsdelen (23), når 35 interaktionsdelen (23) samvirker med fremføringssektionen (18A).
  2. 2. Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge krav 1, - Δ - hvor genindstillingssektionen (18B) er anbragt, så den danner en kontinuert omkreds med fremføringssektionen (18A).
  3. 3. Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, 5 hvor blokeringsmidlet (19), når interaktionsdelen (23) samvirker med genindstillingssektionen (23), vinkelforsættes fra interaktionsdelen (23).
  4. 4. Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst 10 af ovennævnte krav, hvor genindstillingssektionen (18B) strækker sig aksialt langs fremføringssektionen (18A).
  5. 5. Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst 15 af ovennævnte krav, hvor genindstillingssektionen (18B) er vinkelforskudt i forhold til fremføringssektionen (18A) og vinkelforskydningen mellem genindstillingssektionen (18B) og fremføringssektionen (18A) falder i den aksiale retning væk fra den aksiale 20 startposition.
  6. 6. Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor fremføringssektionen (18A) er forbundet til 25 genindstillingssektionen (18B) via en vinkeludvidende forbindelsesregion (25) af styresporet (18).
  7. 7. Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge krav 6, hvor stempelstangsindretningen er roterbar (32) til 30 genindstilling af drivmekanismen, således at forbindelsesregionen (25) passerer interaktionsdelen (23), og interaktionsdelen (23) føres ind i mekanisk samvirkning med genindstillingssektionen (18B).
  8. 8. Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge krav 6 eller krav 7, hvor en overgang fra fremføringssektionen (18A) til genindstillingssektionen (18B) er blokeret fra siden via forbindelsesregionen (25). - G -

Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvor en sektionsseparator (29) er anbragt i forbindelsesregionen (25), hvilken sektionsseparator (29) 5 blokerer rotation af stempelstangsindretningen (32) i den retning, der ville føre interaktionsdelen (23) tilbage til interaktion med fremføringssektionen (18A) via forbindelsesregionen (25).

Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor fremføringssektionen (18A) udgår skråt i forhold til den længdegående hovedakse (28) af stempelstangsindretningen (32), og genindstillingssektionen (18B) udgår mindre skråt i forhold 15 til den længdegående hovedakse (28) af stempelstangsindretningen (32) end fremføringssektionen (18A).

Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, 20 hvor fremføringssektionen (18A) og interaktionsdelen (23) definerer en rotationsvinkel, hvormed stempelstangsindretningen (32) roteres ved mekanisk interaktion mellem interaktionsdelen (23) og fremføringssektionen (18A), når stempelstangsindretningen (32) 25 forskydes aksialt til fremføring af en dosis.
  12. 12. Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor stempelstangsindretningen (32), når den er flyttet 30 tilbage til den aksiale startposition, er roterbar, så den kan føre interaktionsdelen (23) i mekanisk samvirkning med fremføringssektionen (18A) eller en anden fremføringssektion (18A).

Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor drivmekanismen omfatter en drivdel (5) , hvilken drivdel (5) er konfigureret til at drive den aksiale forskydning af - 4 - stempelstangsindretningen (32) i dosisfremføringsretningen ved hjælp af mekanisk interaktion mellem en interaktionsflade (17) på stempelstangsindretningen (32) og et drivtræk (15) på drivdelen (5), og hvor stempelstangsindretningen (32) til 5 genindstilling af lægemiddelfremføringsanordningen (1) er konfigureret, så den er roterbar, således at interaktionsfladen (17) vinkelforskydes i forhold til drivtrækket (15), så interaktionsfladen (17) kan passere den aksiale position af drivtrækket (15) med en vinkelforsætning. 10

  15. 15. Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge krav 13 eller 14, hvor styresporet (18) er tilvejebragt på en ydre overflade af stempelstangsindretningen (32), og interaktionsfladen (17) er 20 tilvejebragt på en indre overflade af stempelstangsindretningen (32).
  16. 16. Genindstillelig drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, 25 hvor fremføringssektionen (18A) strækker sig i vinkelretningen med mindre end 360 grader over dens samlede aksiale udstrækning.
