Claims (14)
1. Inhalator til inhalering af pulverformige medikamenter fra kapsler, omfattende - en underdel (6) - en plade (3), som er optaget i underdelen (6), og en holder (18), som er introduceret i underdelen (6), - et mundstykke (2), som kan låses med underdelen (6) på pladen (3), - et låg (1), som dækker mundstykket (2) i en lukkestilling, og - et betjeningsorgan (7, 10), som kan forskydes i en bevægelse fra en hvilestilling, og som i den forbindelse samvirker med mindst en nål (8, 11), som kan stødes ind i holderen (18) , og som befinder sig i en nåleholder inden i betjeningsorganet (10), kendetegnet ved, at der kan indsættes et udskiftningsrør (22) i holderen (18) som udløbskanal, hvor udskiftningsrøret (22) - omfatter et kapselkammer (21) med kapslen, og - i sin brugsstilling er løsbart arreteret i inhalatoren og udstrækker sig igennem mundstykket (2).
2. Inhalator ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at udskiftningsrøret (22) med kapslen kan anvendes til engangsinhalation.
3. Inhalator ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at udskiftningsrøret (22) aktivt løsnes ved betjening af en betjeningsknap (37).
4. Inhalator ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at betjeningsknappen (37) er på den side af inhalatoren, som er modsat af mundstykket (2), og udskiftningsrøret (22) løsnes ved at trykke på betjeningsknappen (37).
5. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at inhalatoren omfatter en arreteringsindretning til at holde udskiftningsrøret (22) i sin aksiale brugsstilling, hvor arreteringsindretningen omfatter mindst én låsehage (43), som går i indgreb med en tilhørende fordybning (31).
6. Inhalator ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at der, på en fjedrende lejret mellemring (34), er dannet en radiallås (39), som samvirker med betjeningsorganet (7, 10) således, at når et udskiftningsrør (22) ikke er til stede eller ikke er arreteret i den aksiale brugsstilling, så er betjeningsorganet (7, 10) arreteret, således at dets forskydning for at stikke hul i kapslen er hindret, og ved at, når et udskiftningsrør (22) er arreteret i den aksiale brugsstilling, så frigives betjeningsorganet (7, 10) til at stikke hul i kapslen med nålene.
7. Inhalator ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at mellemringen (34) er ført på en aksialt forflyttelig måde ved anbringelse af en mellemliggende trykfjeder (35) på en holdering (36), som ved bunden er fastgjort på underdelen (6).
8. Inhalator ifølge krav 6 eller 7, kendetegnet ved, at mellemringen (34) omfatter en koaksial betjeningsknap (37), som rager igennem holderingen (36) og en åbning (19) i underdelen (6) af fortrinsvis to skaller, til at løsne låsen ved betjening af en bruger.
9. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at låsehagen (43) er radialt virksom og løsbart holder udskiftningsrøret (22) i inhalatoren ved låsning, hvor udskiftningsrøret til dette formål omfatter en fordybning (31), navnlig i forbindelse med langsgående og ringformede noter (30), i hvilken låsehagen (43) griber.
10. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at udskiftningsrøret (22) låses bevægeligt i en indskudt mellemstilling, som det indtager mellem sin brugsstilling og udtagning.
11. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, k e n d e t e g n e t ved, at kapselkammeret (21) er dimensioneret og udformet til modtagelse af flere kapsler, som der kan stikkes hul i ved hjælp af tilsvarende nåle (8, 11).
12. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11, k e n d e t e g n e t ved, at det ydre betjeningsorgan (7) er blokeret imod nedtrykning, når udskiftningsrøret (22) ikke er indsat korrekt.
13. Udskiftningsrør, som er konfigureret således, at udskiftningsrøret kan indsættes i inhalatoren ifølge krav 1.
14. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at udskiftningsrøret (22) har åbninger (24) langs omkredsen til nålene (8, 11), hvor åbningerne (24) er lukket af en membran.
