Claims (12)
1 .Anordning til termokemisk carbonisering og forgasning af fugtig, navnlig vandholdig, og/eller tør biomasse for fremstilling af en energi- og/eller råmaterialebærer ved hjælp af en carboniseringsreaktor (1), der kan opvarmes og har en lukbar indgang (13), og hvori biomassen omdannes til en fast, hældbar eller gasformig energi- og/eller råmaterialebærer og udledes via en lukbar udgang (14) til en kølebeholder (9) forbundet med carboniseringsreaktoren (1) for midlertidig oplagring af energibæreren og/eller råmaterialebæreren, hvilken carboniseringsreaktor står i forbindelse med en dertil tilsluttet forgasningsreaktor (16), hvori gas og affaldsstoffer, såsom aske, udskilles fra biomassen, kendetegnet ved følgende træk: a) ekstern varmeenergi (60) kan tilføres carboniseringsreaktoren (1), der er operativt forbundet med et varmeelement (4), navnlig er omgivet af en varmekappe, og yderligere varmeenergi kan tilføres mindst fra forgasningsreaktoren (16) via en yderligere kanal (31), der forbinder forgasningsreaktoren (16) og carboniseringsreaktoren (1), b) køleenergi fra kølebeholderen (9) kan tilføres forgasningsreaktoren via en kanal (54), der forbinder forgasningsreaktoren (16) og kølebeholderen (9), c) fugt, navnlig vand, kan tilføres kølebeholderen (9) via en yderligere kanal (51) for at sikre en næsten kontinuerlig proces, d) fra carboniseringsreaktoren (1) og/eller kølebeholderen (9) kan reaktionsgas tilføres en gasoplagringstank (21) via en kanal (28, 30), der forbinder carboniseringsreaktoren (1) og gasoplagringstanken (21), hvor reaktionsgassen kan føres tilbage til forgasningsreaktoren (16) via en kanal (78), der forbinder forgasningsreaktoren (16) og gasoplagringstanken (21).
2. Anordning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den fugtholdige biomasse modtaget i carboniseringsreaktoren (1) fordampes ved et tryk mellem 5 og 30 bar, fortrinsvis ved et tryk mellem 15 og 25 bar, navnlig ved et tryk på ca. 20 bar og ved temperaturer mellem 200 ° og 1200 °C, fortrinsvis mellem 400 ° og 800 °C, og der dannes reaktionsgas, der direkte eller indirekte kan føres tilbage til forgasningsreaktoren (16) via en kanal (30).
3. Anordning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at forgasningsreaktoren (16) kan fungere inden for et temperaturinterval mellem 1200 ° og 1800 °C, fortrinsvis mellem 1000 ° og 1400 °C, og under arbejdsprocessen kan der frigives varmeenergi via en kanal (31), der forbinder forgasningsreaktoren (16) og carboniseringsreaktoren (1).
4. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at en cyklonseparator (18) og/eller gasserubber (20) er forbundet via en kanal (22) med forgasningsreaktoren (16), hvor en varmeveksler kan tilvejebringes mellem cyklonseparatoren (18) og/eller gasserubberen (20), der kan sænke gassen til varmevekslerens arbejdstemperatur mellem 40 °C og 80 °C eller mellem 50 °C og 60 °C, og den resulterede udledte energi kan føres tilbage til et varmesystem og/eller anlæggets arbejdsproces og varmeenergien frigivet fra varmeveksleren (40) kan via en kanal (41) tilføres en forbruger, såsom et varmesystem.
5. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de skadelige stoffer eller urenheder frigivet i carboniseringsreaktoren (1) og/eller i kølebeholderen (9) kan destrueres eller mindst delvist destrueres ved hjælp af en varmeanordning eller kan føres bort.
6. Anordning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at forgasningsreaktoren (16) er forbundet via en kanal (34) med en forarbejdningsanordning (36) for behandling og/eller yderligere forarbejdning af kullet opnået i forgasningsreaktoren (16).
7. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at kølebeholderen (9) og/eller forgasningsreaktoren (16) er forbundet via kanalen (34) med forarbejdningsanordningen (36) for behandling eller yderligere forarbejdning af kullet opnået i beholderen (9) og/eller i forgasningsreaktoren (16).
8. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at mættet damp kan opnås i forgasningsreaktoren (16), der er forbundet via en kanal, der leder mættet damp (42) til en forbruger eller til et varmesystem og/eller en stempeldampmaskine.
9. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at forgasningsreaktoren (16) er forbundet via mindst én kanal (53) med en forbruger eller mindst med en gaskompressor og/eller gasmotor (48).
10. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at forgasningsreaktoren (16) og/eller kølebeholderen (9) kan afkøles ved hjælp af en køleanordning (49) eller i hvert tilfælde er omgivet af en kølekappe (51, 52) og køleanordningen (49) tilføres kølevand, hvor mindst også kølevand fra kølebeholderens (9) kølekappe (51) tilføres via en kanal (54) til forgasningsreaktoren (16).
11. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der i én eller flere kanaler (26-34, 38, 40, 50, 53, 54) er tilvejebragt styreventiler, der kan åbnes eller lukkes manuelt eller med en drivanordning, hvor drivanordningeme kan styres via en computer i forhold til arbejdsprocessen.
12.Fremgangsmåde til termokemisk carbonisering og forgasning af fugtig, navnlig vandholdig og/eller tør, biomasse for at fremstille en energi- og/eller råmaterialebærer fra fugtholdig og/eller tør biomasse ved anvendelse af anordningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 1-11, kendetegnet ved følgende trin for fremgangsmåden: a) biomassen omdannes i en carboniseringsreaktor (1) ved hjælp af ekstern varmeenergi (60) og yderligere varmeenergi, der tilføres carboniseringsreaktoren (1) fra anlægget, til en fast, hældbar eller gasformig energi- og/eller råmaterialebærer; b) gassen dannet i carboniseringsreaktoren (1) modtages i en reaktionsgasoplagringstank (21); c) reaktionsgassen, der er opnået eller til stede i carboniseringsreaktoren og kølebeholderen, tilføres direkte eller indirekte forgasningsreaktoren (16); d) mindst en del af energien opnået i fremgangsmåden til termokemisk carbonisering og forgasning af fugtig, navnlig vandholdig og/eller tør, biomasse føres tilbage til forarbejdningsprocessen, navnlig til carboniseringsreaktoren (1); e) kullet opnået i forgasningsreaktoren (16) tilføres en yderligere forarbejdningsanordning (36); f) køleenergien tilført kølebeholderen (9) tilføres samtidigt eller efterfølgende forgasningsreaktorens (16) kølekappe (52); g) den frigivne energi fremstillet i forgasningsreaktoren (16) eller den mættede damp tilføres én eller flere forbrugere, såsom et varmesystem, og/eller en dampstempelmotor.
