Claims (9)
1. Nålefri injektionsindretning til afgivelse af et lægemiddel under tryk fra et doseringsreservoir (16) gennem en udgangsåbning (17) med henblik på administration til et dyr eller et menneske, af den type, der omfatter et trykstempel (15), som sidder forskydeligt i doseringsreservoiret (16), og er bevægeligt i retning af åbningen (17) for at presse lægemidlet ud gennem åbningen (17), omfattende en aktuatoranordning (40), hvilken aktuatoranordning omfatter: (a) et gastæt kammer (4); (b) en stempel- og stangenhed (32), som sidder forskydeligt i kammeret (4) og er bevægelig mellem en forreste position nærmere åbningen og en bageste position fjernere fra åbningen; (c) en gasladning i kammeret (4) til at tvinge stempel- og stangenheden (32) til den forreste position; (d) et motoriseret middel til at bevæge stempel- og stangenheden (32) mod gasladningen til den bageste position og (e) en udløser (354 eller 220) til at tilbageholde stempel- og stangenheden (32) udløseligt i den bageste position, hvor udløseren omfatter en udløserarm (5), som har en første ende (92) og en anden ende (94), og som er drejelig omkring et drejeelement (24) og forbundet i den første ende (92) med en stødstang (50), hvorved, når der på den anden ende (94) af udløserarmen (5) udøves en nedadrettet kraft, der får den til at dreje omkring drejeelementet (24), løftes den første ende (92) op og får stødstangen (50) til at frigøre sig fra et aktuatorelement (11), som er direkte forbundet med stempel- og stangenheden, således at stempel- og stangenheden (32) bevæger sig fra den bageste position til den forreste position, hvor aktiveringen af udløseren (354 eller 220) får stempel- og stangenheden (32) til at blive frigjort, så den kan bevæges af gasladningen til den forreste position, således at den rammer trykstemplet (15) direkte eller indirekte med en tilstrækkelig kraft til at få trykstemplet (15) til at bevæge sig i retning af åbningen (17) for at presse lægemidlet ud gennem åbningen (17); og hvor det gastætte kammer (4) er tilpasset til at minimere eller forhindre udslip af gasladningen, således at gasladningen bibeholdes i en tilstand under tryk.
2. Nålefri injektionsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvor: omkredsen af stemplet (60) i stempel- og stangenheden (32) definerer en ydre kant, som er i kontakt med den indre overflade af det gastætte kammer (4), således at stemplet (60) definerer et udvidelsesafsnit og et kompressionsafsnit af det gastætte kammer (4), og eventuelt hvor stemplet (60) i stempel- og stangenheden (32) omfatter en passage til væskekommunikation mellem det gastætte kammers (4) udvidelsesafsnit og kompressionsafsnit.
3. Nålefri injektionsindretning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor: gasladningen er en komprimeret inert gas eller en blanding af komprimeret inert gas, og eventuelt, hvor den komprimerede inerte gas er nitrogen.
4. Nålefri injektionsindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, som yderligere omfatter et smøremiddel til smøring af stempel- og stangenheden (32), og eventuelt hvor smøremidlet er en letvægtsolie.
5. Nålefri injektionsindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, som yderligere omfatter midler til overføring af kraft, der frembringes ved bevægelse af stempel- og stangenheden (32), til trykstemplet (15), hvorved udløseren (354 eller 220) aktiveres og får stempel- og stangenheden (32) til at blive frigjort, så den kan bevæges af gasladningen til den forreste position, hvorved en kraft påtrykkes på kraftoverføringsmidlerne, som igen påtrykker kraften på trykstemplet (15) i tilstrækkeligt omfang til at få trykstemplet (15) til at bevæge sig i den fremadgående retning for at presse lægemidlet ud gennem åbningen (17).
6. Nålefri injektionsindretning ifølge krav 1, som yderligere omfatter: (a) en gearenhed, der er funktionelt forbundet med det motoriserede middel; og (b) et aktuatorelement (11), der er funktionelt forbundet med stangen (30) i stempel- og stangenheden (32), hvorved det motoriserede middel overfører en kraft til gearenheden, som overfører kraften til aktuatorelementet (11) for at bevæge stempel- og stangenheden (32) fra den forreste position til den bageste position.
7. Nålefri injektionsindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor det motoriserede middel er en jævnstrømsforsyning.
8. Nålefri injektionsindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor det motoriserede middel er en vekselstrømsforsyning.
9. Kit til anvendelse af den nålefri injektionsindretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvilket kit omfatter: (a) den nålefri injektionsindretning og (b) anvisninger i anvendelsen deraf.
