Claims (9)
1. Ultralydssvejseindretning (14), omfattende: (a) en sonotrode (100), hvor sonotroden (100) omfatter et enkelt svejseområde (106) og to knudepunkter (104,108), der er dannet på begge sider af svejseområdet (106); (b) mindst én ultralydstransducer (400,408), der er forbundet med sonotroden (100); (c) mindst én membranfjeder (202,302), der er anbragt mellem ultralydstransduceren (400,408) og sonotroden (100); og (d) mindst ét rulleleje (206,306), der er forbundet med membranfjederen (202,302); kendetegnet ved, at indretningen også omfatter: (e) en monteringsplade (10) til at støtte sonotroden (100), hvor monteringspladen (10) yderligere omfatter et kraftpåføringsområde (12) på den øvre overflade deraf; (f) mindst to lineære føringer (504,510,604,610), der er forbundet med rullelejet (206,306), hvor de mindst to lineære føringer (504,510,604,610) er forbundet med monteringspladen (10) og støtter rullelejet (206,306) og sonotroden (100) på en fleksibel måde; og (g) første og andet lineære lavfriktionsleje (702,706) i kontakt med knudepunkter (104,108) på begge sider af svejseområdet (106) af sonotroden (100) til påføring af kraft, hvor det første og andet lineære leje (702,706) er forbundet med monteringspladen (10).
2. Ultralydssvejseindretning ifølge krav 1, som omfatter to ultralydstransducere (400,408), der er forbundet med sonotroden (100), én på hver side deraf, hvor en respektive af den mindst én membranfjeder (202,302) er anbragt mellem hver ultralydstransducer (400,408) og sonotroden (100); hvor en respektive af det mindst ét rulleleje (206,306) er forbundet med hver membranfjeder (202,302); og hvor et respektive par af de lineære føringer (504,510,604,610) er forbundet med hvert rulleleje (206,306), hvor de lineæ- re føringer (504,510,604,610) er forbundet med monteringspladen (10) og støtter hvert rulleleje (206,306) og sonotroden (100) på en fleksibel måde.
3. Indretning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, yderligere omfattende en respektive børstemonteringsenhed (404,412), som er forbundet med ultralydstransduceren eller hver ultralydstransducer (400,408), hvor børstemonteringsenheden eller hver børstemonteringsenhed (404,412) også er forbundet med monteringspladen (10).
4. Indretning ifølge et af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende en respektive fjederklemplade (200,300), der er forbundet med den ene side af membranfjederen eller hver membranfjeder (202,302), og et membranfje-dermonteringselement (204,304), der er forbundet med den anden side af membranfjederen eller hver membranfjeder (202,302).
5. Indretning ifølge et af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende en respektive holdering (208,308), der er monteret mellem rullelejet eller hvert rulleleje (206,306) og ultralydstransduceren og hver ultralydstransducer (400,408).
6. Indretning ifølge et af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende en støttering (500,600), hvor støtteringen (500,600) omkredser rullelejet (206,306), og hvor støtteringen (500,600) er forbundet med monteringspladen (10).
7. Indretning ifølge krav 6, yderligere omfattende et forspændingselement (502,508), der er monteret mellem støtteringen (500,600) og hver lineære føring (504,510,604,610).
8. Indretning ifølge et af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende et lejestø ttehus (700,704), der er anbragt mellem hvert lineært leje (704,706) og monteringspladen (10) og forbundet med monteringspladen (10).
9. Anvendelse af en ultralydssvejseindretning ifølge et af de foregående krav ved tilsætningsfremstilling ved hjælp af ultralyd.
