Claims (15)
1. Kompositelement, omfattende i den nævnte rækkefølge: (i) et UV-hærdet, opløsningsmiddelfrit dæklag (1), der danner overfladen, med en lagtykkelse på 1-20 pm, (ii) eventuelt et øvre mellemlag (2), der er anbragt neden under dæklaget (1), (iii) et nedre mellemlag (3-1), indeholdende farvemidler og eventuelt additiver til forbedring af UV-bestandigheden, (iv) et substratlag (3), indeholdende en termoplastisk polymer eller en blanding af termoplastiske polymerer, farvemidler samt i givet fald formalingsmateriale, recyklat eller regenerat, (v) eventuelt en rygafdækning (3-2), fortrinsvis indeholdende en termoplastisk polymer eller en blanding af termoplastiske polymerer (vi) eventuelt et bindemiddellag (4), kendetegnet ved, at overfladen har de følgende egenskaber: a) et glanstab på maks. 30 %, fortrinsvis maks. 20 % i henhold til en mikro-kradsebestandighedstest målt i henhold til prEN 16094 (udgivelse 2010-05-15: "Laminatgulv-testmetoder til bestemmelse af mikrokradsebestandighe- den"), b) en numerisk bedømmelse på > 3, ved en kemikalieresistenstest målt i henhold til DIN EN 12720 (udgivelse juli 2009: "Møbel-bedømmelse af overfladers bestandighed mod kolde væsker") ved anvendelse af acetone som testvæske ved en indvirkningsvarighed på 1 h c) en glans på mindst 80, fortrinsvis mindst 85 GLE målt i henhold til ISO 2813 (udgivelse 1999-06-01; "Coatingmaterialer - bestemmelse af reflekto-meterværdien af coatings under 20°, 60° og 85°") ved en observationsvinkel på 20° og d) et glansslør på maks. 20, fortrinsvis maks. 15, målt i henhold til ISO 13803 (udgivelse 2004-09-01 "Coatingmaterialer - bestemmelse af glanssløret ved coatings ved 20°").
2. Kompositelement ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved et øvre mellemlag (2) af polymethylmethacrylat, slagsejt modificeret polymethylmethacrylat eller en blanding af begge.
3. Kompositelement ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at substratlaget omfatter ABS eller PET.
4. Kompositelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at det nedre mellemlag (3-1) omfatter den samme polymer som substratlaget (3).
5. Kompositelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at det nedre mellemlag (3-1) omfatter PETG, substratlaget (3) PET eller PETG og rygafdækningen (3-2) PETG.
6. Kompositelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at dæklaget (1) og/eller det øvre mellemlag (2) omfatter UV-additiver, især UV-absor-bere og UV-stabilisatorer, i området fra 0,01 til 5 vægt-% .
7. Kompositelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at det øvre mellemlag (2) og/eller dæklaget (1) og/eller rygafdækningen (3-2) indeholder farvestoffer.
8. Kompositelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at det øvre mellemlag (2) ved den lagtykkelse, der er valgt i kompositelementet, over det samlede bølgelængdeområde på 380 nm til 780 nm har en spektral transmission på mindst 80 %, fortrinsvis mindst 85 %, målt på ufarvede prøveelementer i henhold til ISO 13468-2 (udgivelse 1999).
9. Kompositelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at rygafdækningen (3-2) indeholder additiver, udvalgt fra gruppen matteringsmidler, bindemidler, antistatika eller blandinger deraf.
10. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et kompositelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at der påføres en UV-hærdende, opløsningsmiddelfri lak, der danner dæklaget (1), på et UV-transparent overførselsmedium, hvor den UV-hærdende lak presses sammen med overførselsmediet ned på det øvre mellemlag (2) eller nedre mellemlag (3-1) og hærdes umiddelbart derefter, idet lakken bestråles med UV-stråling, hvor UV-bestrålingen sker igennem det UV-transparente overførselsmedium.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at UV-bestrålingen foregår under samtidig trykudøvelse.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10 eller krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at UV-bestrålingen foregår i flere etaper, hvor i det mindste den første bestråling foregår igennem overførselsmediet.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 10 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at der efter UV-bestrålingen påføres en beskyttelsesfolie på dæklaget (1).
14. Møbelfolie, omfattende et kompositelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9.
15. Møbel, omfattende et møbelelement samt et kompositelement ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9.
