Claims (15)
1. Hybridkollektor med - i det mindste en fotovoltaisk celle (2), der er anbragt mellem to bæreplader, som er fremstillet af glas eller plast, således at der defineres et bæresubstrat (1). - en bagvæg (3), som er anbragt på bagsiden af bæresubstratet (1) i en afstand, - i det mindste en fortrinsvis marginal pakning (15), der er tilvejebragt mellem bæresubstratet (1) og bagvæggen (3) for at danne et varmevekslerrum (4), gennem hvilket et varmeoverføringsmedium kan strømme, og - et antal fastgørelsesorganer (21,23, 57), som holder bagvæggen (3) og bæresubstratet (1) sammen, kendetegnet ved, at fastgørelsesorganerne er skruer (21, 23, 57), som hver især er ført igennem via et par flugtende gennemgangsåbninger (5), der er tilvejebragt på bæresubstratet (1) og bagvæggen (3).
2. Hybridkollektor ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at pakningen (15) samvirker med bæresubstratet (1) og bagvæggen (3) for at gøre dem væsketætte.
3. Hybridkollektor ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at pakningen (15) er anbragt i en afstand fra kanten af bæresubstratet (1).
4. Hybridkollektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at skruerne (21,23, 57) er tilvejebragt uden for og inde i det varmevekslerrum (4), der defineres af pakningen (15).
5. Hybridkollektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at flerheden af skruer (21,23, 57) fortrinsvis er anbragt med regelmæssig afstand fra hinanden.
6. Hybridkollektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at skruerne (21,23, 57) er fastskruet med gevindmuffer (25) eller møtrikker.
7. Hybridkollektor ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at de gennemgangsåbninger (5), der er tilvejebragt på bæresubstratet (1), er tilvejebragt i området mellem pakningen (15) og sidekanten af bæresubstratet (1).
8. Hybridkollektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at hy-bridkollektoren er udformet til tryk fra det trykfrie område op til ca. 3 bar.
9. Hybridkollektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at hy-bridkollektoren kan fastgøres på en bærende flade, især en bygningsvæg (27) eller et tag, hvorved fastgørelsesorganerne hver især trænger gennem et par gennemgangsåbninger (5) i bæresubstratet (1) og bagvæggen (3) og forankres i den bærende flade.
10. Hybridkollektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at en belægning (45) til optagelse af strålingsenergi er tilvejebragt på den side af bæresubstratet (1), som er vendt mod bagvæggen (3).
11. Hybridkollektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at pakningen (15) eller bagvæggen (3) gennemtrænges af to rørsektioner (7, 9), der tjener som indløb eller udløb for det cirkulerende varmeoverføringsmedium i det varmevekslerrum (4), der defineres af bæresubstratet (1), bagvæggen (3) og pakningen (15).
12. Hybridkollektor ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at en fordelerindretning (17) eller en opsamlingsindretning (19) er tilvejebragt til varmeoverføringsmediet inde i varmevekslerrummet (4) på de to rørsektioner (7, 9).
13. Hybridkollektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at bagvæggen er dannet af en sektion af en bærende flade, især en bygningsvæg (27), som er fugtresistent og trykbestandig.
14. Hybridkollektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at bæresubstratet (1) i det mindste delvist er frit for fotovoltaiske celler (2).
15. Hybridkollektor ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at bagvæggen er en betonvæg (3), i hvilken fastgørelsesorganerne (21, 23, 57) kan ind-støbes eller fastskrues med én af deres ender.
